her comeback will be by dropping the insane shtick, like is it really hard to see that she's doing an accelerated version of ARTPOP. Weird to batshit and then trying to earn goodwill with the public The selling point will be that she's commercial again and she's raw

music video is 4:26 (bridge at 3:08) official upload on SC is 3:38
-
it's weeding the pussies out of her fanbase so she has people left who actually respect whatever weird artistic choices she makes regardless of the outcome...instead of all the bandwagoners who loved the ratchet/twerking Miley from Bangerz that weren't checking for her before then
-
Miley wyd the version of Dooo It on SC doesn't have that weird bridge
-
y'all are trash for keeping UV in over NA

We shouldn't be dismissive of intersectional feminists because they're white. Their perspective as a whole of being a woman in a predominantly male society is important. she's not sitting here telling black women on twitter that she hates them, or that she knows what it's like to be black in America
-
no shade, but do you even have a grasp on what this is because you bring it up a lot and it seems like you don't have a solid understanding I wouldn't consider Ryn a 'faux feminist' and I'm getting hella sick of that being a cop out reason on LB to dislike artists
-
it says out of stock, but says it's a standard jewel case thank god bc my collection has 0 room for these easily ruined digipaks and hopefully it'll have a lyric book instead of some nonlinear Dr Seuss thing
-
OT: I don't understand the hype for Zella, Ryn is the only one with any major pop crossover appeal and doesn't feel catered to 14-16 year old American teens

FRANKIE is a Los Angeles based singer-songwriter, whose obsession with 90s music, strong female artists from the 70’s, and a music degree, created the sound you hear today. Her debut EP Dreamstate out now includes 5 songs which originated either on her acoustic guitar or from a dream state in her bedroom. Teaming up with her long-time friend Petros to produce the EP, the pair were able to create a unique sound that isn’t afraid to make pop music quirky and instrumentally eclectic. “New Obsession” is a bright and exuberant tongue-in-cheek sassy pop song. Says Frankie, “It’s basically about convincing my best friend that he wants to be with me romantically. My favorite thing about ‘New Obsession’ though, is that girls often play victims in love songs and this song is full of confident girl power. The remainder of the songs came out of Frankie’s writing sessions with her band, such as “Problems Problems,” a doo wop-tinged synth-pop anthem that Frankie says is about a relationship’s last chance. “I envisioned this couple waiting in the snow for a train to arrive and they ask each other, ‘Are you going to get on the train with me or are you going to go back home? Are we going to try one more time or is this done?’’’ she says. “It’s a sad song, but I think the pop elements give it a lot of hope.” In February, “Problems Problems” became a viral hit and climbed to No. 2 on Hype Machine. It has since racked up over 1.5 million Spotify streams and also led to Frankie signing with RCA Records The EP is available on Spotify, Amazon, iTunes and Apple Music!

might as well declare top 5 as: Shades of Cool, Brooklyn Baby, Ride, West Coast and Terrence Loves You
