I discovered Miss L. del Rey during early May 2013. I just remember randomly scrolling through the iTunes chart and coming across Young & Beautiful. It was charting as a single at the time, I think it was like at #23 or something. I also thought her name was really weird but pretty, and it would be totally otherworldly to listen to someone like her because she was 'alternative' music. I'd play the song over and over again and I wanted to see what else she had out there. So I searched her on YouTube and I believe Queen of Disaster had just leaked, and I fell in love. I remember I was so disappointed later on finding out she didn't have any released songs like QOD lol. Sorry it's not that interesting like everyone else's stories

"Emily Warren's" version of Rare is 10/10. Selena's vocals sound too echoey and they totally butchered the production, and that "oh yeah" at the end is total cringe-fest. Although I love the bridge
