I NEVER said that we need to move on from the album. I'm just getting sick of people bickering over this crap and getting mad when people have an opinion over it. There's literally no point in excusing her for making a basic album that has little replay value when all of her other albums had the actual effort into making them fantastic. She could've easily still made a fun poppy album without the bad lyrics and production but hey that's just my opinion. There's a reason why these people are unsatisfied and there's no way you can change that. Enjoy the album and let people say what they want about it. You should not give a single fuck in the world.

This "continuation of pop 2" thing is something that I'm kinda excited about but also afraid of for some reason. But we'll see how everything turns out I guess.

I'm not trying to bash the album completely but a lot of these songs are lyrically the worst she's written in her entire career. The production on the other hand makes it even worse and more unlistenable. I love Marina's discography so much and she's gotten me through so much in the past but this album feels less special to me. I'll let it grow on me after a while but I'll stay feeling the same way about it. I understand that she might've wanted to do something different but there's many other ways she could've executed this album better. If you guys like the album then that's fine but I know, and we ALL know that she can do better than this.

Even if the allegations are confirmed to be true one day, I still despise that Timothy girl as a person. I remember the day Melanie was accused of rape I tried to believe her side of the story but as the months went on I started to notice how unbearable she is as a human being. A lot of the crap that she said was so hypocritical and ignorant but people seemed to ignore it. I don't understand why people even stick up for her anymore after all that when it's so easy to call her out for bullshit
