i personally wouldn’t go as far as calling it misogyny, but it’s often seen as invasive & insensitive to speculate on whether or not a woman’s pregnant, especially when it’s based off of her weight, people have speculated about lana being pregnant for years, a lot of the times based off of her body, it’s just a little weird & it perpetuates the idea that because a woman has gained weight, it must be because she’s pregnant, i know most people don’t mean any harm when they do this, & they don’t necessarily want to come across as invasive, it’s just such a personal thing for so many people & ultimately it’s not really our business whether or not she’s pregnant, & by extension her fertility

yeah i believe at some point in this thread somebody had speculated the same thing/something similar bc she always mirrors her boyfriends' personalities? or something? idk i just don't think it's our place to say whether or not she has a mental illness based only on things she publically shows us, & maybe she's the type of person who takes interests in her partners' interests? i don't think it's that deep some of her fans are so weird

i love the idea of being able to add custom smileys, extra customization, such as new themes & profile options, & more, as long as it doesn't involve money, maybe for reputation/time online? that technically gives everybody a fair chance, maybe it could be paid for if they don't want to wait for having a certain amount of reputation points/time online? @Elle i still strongly dislike the idea of having a "v.i.p" section or not being able to access certain parts of the site, though, i seriously hope that never gets implemented

i actually kinda like the idea of receiving bonuses based on your time online, basing it off of reputation could result in people spamming, if it's based off of how much time you've spent online, the only thing you can really do is just leave the lanaboards tab open, which is pretty similar.... either way they should bring that back, i kinda want to know how long i've been online, i'm sure it's actually scary how much time i've spent on here...

also, regarding preventing trolls from accessing this site, i think they're going to find their way in regardless of what we do, if the scat troll's been able to evade their i.p ban for several years & has continiously found ways to post scat at a time where they won't be immediately banned (i've noticed that they post when there's no mods online, usually during the late night) they're obviously pretty dedicated to finding a way to successfully troll, we could put restrictions for new members, such as only being able to access certain parts of the website if you have a certain amount of repuation points (which, again, i disagree with) but it's going to be exclusionary for literally everybody else who isn't a troll, it's like punishing the entire class because of the actions of one misbehaving kid, it's not really fair to restrict any new members, who's first impressions of the site are pretty vital in their decision to stick around, just because somebody comes here once in a blue moon & posts shit porn, obviously it's something we all dislike & we should try to prevent, but there's only so much we can do without making it more difficult for everybody else who just wants to enjoy the website & what it brings

idk if this is really a good idea either bc some people don't post all of the time & some people just want to lurk? it wouldn't be fair for all members bc not everybody is posting multiple times a day, some people just want to lurk & rarely or never post, there'd be no point in having an account if you could never access certain threads based on how many likes you have, that also feels pretty exclusionary i agree with @Super Movie that there should be some "benefits" for those who donate to the site that aren't directly exclusionary to other users bc they can't afford it, maybe more customization options or more themes, i would feel really frustrated if i knew there was a section of the forum i couldn't interact with or even view because i didn't have the option to pay for it, & we definitely don't need anybody here having any sort of superiority complex because they have access to a certain part of the forum either (not saying anybody we know of would feel this way, but just hypothetically)

i actually STRONGLY dislike the idea of having a section of the forum only certain members can view, if they pay for it, not everybody can afford that & i really don't need to feel any sort of exclusion here when it's one of the only few places i can feel like myself & communicate with people... like i know it's not that personal, but knowing there's a part of this forum which only a few people can access because they could afford it really rubs me the wrong way, i don't think it's fair that some people here will be able to feel "exclusive" & have certain benefits when in reality they could be enjoyed by everybody here also the idea of the audio section/downloads also being restricted is also something i do not agree with i'd assume for most people here, this is the only place they download their leaks from also this isn't directed towards anybody! just my thoughts!

it's incredibly disappointing that a very nice & awesome project meant to bring together a community & to celebrate some of lana's finest unreleased work were ruined by stupid discord stans </3 some people just want to watch the world burn...

just because a country may have a "nazi problem" it doesn't mean a foreign country has any right to invade & destroy said country & take the lives of 1000s of innocent people, & i gurantee you a large, large majority of the people of ukraine who have died, lost their homes, or had to flee the country, are not nazis i don't see why russia would be so concerned about another country's business anyway? if ukraine really does have a nazi problem, if anything, ukraine should be the country dealing with it's own "nazi problem" instead of another country doing it for them, & ESPECIALLY not with bombs, weapons, & missles many countries have issues with people with harmful viewpoints, very negative histories, etc. with that logic, we should all be invading & tearing apart other countries in the name of dealing with people who have horrible beliefs
