They really should've had a CD release planned for the 4th too and gave this some kinda push... I imagine it as a 2 disc album, with the 2020 deluxe edition as disc 1, then remixes as disc 2?

Maybe Side B will be released around the 1 year anniversary of Future Nostalgia (kinda like Carly Rae Jepsen does)... There'll probably be some full deluxe repackage / box set including Future Nostalgia (with Fever), Club Future Nostalgia and Side B?

So, Amazon UK have cancelled my order of the Glory 2020 deluxe vinyl... Anybody know if there's any available in the UK?

Since the sales are fucked in the US due to physical copy delays caused by Black Friday, the first week numbers aren't great... There's rumored to be a deluxe version of the record planned later on. Could her / her team consider a After Hours style release, perhaps releasing a digital deluxe version of the record to coincide with the delayed physical sales? New music would help keep the streaming numbers steady, the already purchased physicals would ship and count and then surely the CD being available in stores would give some boost? They could even get some signed copies going and maybe cassettes? Even do a limited run of physical deluxe editions... Otherwise I imagine they'll just let the first week sales be a dud and then plan the re-release for Spring when the LP copies are available.

Ugh this album has me even more hyped for the Metallica covers album, I really hope she pulls through with that project! Also anybody got a link for the Apple Music videos from backyard sessions? Have they been uploaded anywhere?

I dunno whether it's just this time of year but something about Golden G String feels festive? Like every time I play it I'm reminded of Fairytale Of New York?! Also, this isn't a negative, just thought I'd share haha

Considering I've been listening to half of this record since summer, I'm really surprised at how fresh and exciting it feels as a complete body of work. Never Be Me is a career highlight for her! But yeah, the whole thing is amazing, I loved Bangerz from day 1 but Younger Now always felt underwhelming (its grown on me now)... So it's nice to see Miley back on top form.

Did we get Sagittarius in HQ though? (if so, anybody got it?)... But yeah, I kinda wish Naked, Victoria's Secret, Mary Jane and Cold Blooded would leak in full HQ too so we can hear most of the 2018 - 2019 album sessions. Also, unpopular opinion alert, but I'm kinda glad Slide Away didn't make the final cut... Maybe it would've been nice to have as a physical copy bonus or something but I just dunno where I'd put it on this record.

100%, After The Afterparty wasn't the smash they expected, and with songs like Girls Night Out lined up as singles that album would've derailed her career. Like, she would've been dropped by Atlantic. At the time, I remember feeling frustrated and wanting that album so bad! But now we have it (unofficially), I revisit the mixtapes much more than I ever listen to XCX World.

I'm pretty sure that's down to RCA and not Miley, she mentioned somewhere that the label wanted like 2 singles so they could push the record. She also mentioned Midnight Sky being the only pop song earlier in the campaign. It's not really unusual for labels to do this, so I imagine Prisoner and Midnight Sky are the singles the label wanted. They did a similar thing with Younger Now, they asked her to change the production so it was more pop, so they could release it as a single.

I dunno if this has been mentioned but the japanese edition of the record features 16 tracks; just the live songs on the digital version as well as Who Owns My Heart live.

So, the photos we got of Miley on set for this video a few weeks ago don't match the music video? Like there's 2 looks we saw her in that aren't featured... Is it possible they shot more than 1 music video that week (or are they just scrapped scenes). Also, I love this as a second single and I hope this era gets more singles than the last few albums! What can people see being singles? I'd quite like one of the Mark Ronson tracks being pushed, also I'd love for WTF Do I Know? to be a single! And apparently she's shot a visual for Hate Me...

I really hope she tours for this record when it's safe to do so! I can't believe she hasn't done a proper tour since Bangerz in 2014... It had me thinking what potential tours could've been like for Younger Now and SHE IS COMING

So, Taylor has just released a statement regarding her old masters (from self titled - reputation). Anyways, she's still not able to own them (without Scooter Braun benefiting financially) due to some sort of arrangement with the current owners and Scooter himself. Although she has begun the re-recordings! However, apparently she confirmed that Red will be the first re-recorded album and is expected to come in December... I don't know how reliable this? Apparently she mentioned it in a livestream this past week? Can anybody confirm?

I really love her version of LA Money, and it's nice to hear how well her and Dua sound together on a track, has me even more excited for Prisoner. This has grown on me in the last 24 hours, however it definitely feels weaker than the majority of the debut... the 1-2 punch of everything i wanted and my future felt like she was really going somewhere! I'm hoping this is just a one off / stand-alone / for fun kinda single and isn't a hint at the upcoming albums sound / aesthetic. The music video is definitely cool, but kinda dull compared to her previous efforts.

Well I just bought all 3 versions of the CD... Hope she'll do signed copies and cassettes closer to release! And a vinyl is confirmed for early next year?

I guess, I just feel like if 6 out of 18 songs are poor or filler then we can make our own 12 track album... I'm hoping that this is a killer album though!
