    Charli XCX

It seems more than likely that Blame It On Your Love will be released as part of an upcoming project or as a stand-alone single. Charli herself loves the song and I believe it was originally intended for Pop 2 (something like that being the opening and Track 10 closing the mixtape - but don't quote me). Plus it was played at the Spotify fan event and she mentioned in an Instagram post this week that the new music played that day is still to be released. Now that Taxi has leaked in some form (plus didn't she already think it had leaked in 2017), I think it is unlikely it will ever get an official release from Charli or Sophie. I genuinely believed she just played it in London to show fans that she acknowledges the song (and their desire for it) - I think she enjoyed teasing fans, especially with the shout out to the hacker. At this stage I wouldn't expect it, but she might surprise us. I have no idea what the situation is for Ring, when it leaked people claimed it was a collaboration with Jack U and since they split up it seems unlikely that it will ever be officially released. However, I imagine it was planned to be released on one of their projects - as the version we got seemed complete. Like other have said it is in the hands of Diplo now as to what happens with the track. Not at all... I can't even see it as one of her top 10.

Nope, its a song with Rudimental (she performed it live last year at Big Weekend) - nothing to do with Charli
  4. So she had 11 tracks (potentially more) and we've heard 6 snippets of finished tracks and 2 singles in full and the album still has 3-4 months until release Not Lana leaking her own album before the fans get chance. Also I think this means it could be likely that Bartender makes an appearance (and I'm still hoping for Yosemite).
  5. I can't believe Sylvia is real like wow I just wish she'd drop the album now.

We have a LQ full demo though, meaning the song has leaked in full and we know how it goes

For real though, can people stop asking for more leaks and appreciate how much material we have had from Charli in just under 2 years (officially released and leaked)… 1999, 100 Bad, 1 Night, 5 In The Morning, 3am (Pull Up), After The Afterparty, Babygirl, Backseat, Bitches, Blame It On U, Blame It On Your Love, Bounce, Boys, Can You Hear Me?, Come To My Party, Crazy Crazy, Deadstream, Delicious, Dirty Sexy Money, Don’t Delete The Kisses, Down Like, Dreamer, Drugs, Emotional, Femmebot, Focus, Girls, Girls Night Out, Good Girls, I Got It, I Wanna Be With U, I Wanna Be With You, If It’s Over, I’m A Dream , ILY2, Lipgloss, Love Gang, Lucky, Moonlight, No Angel, Out Of My Head, Paradise, Porsche, Queen Lizzy, Ring, Roll With Me, Round & Round, Secret (Shh), Taxi, Tears, The One That I Die For, TKO, Track 10, Trophy, Unlock It, Vroom Vroom, Waterfall and White Roses That's only the newly recorded and PC stuff (never mind all the August leaks of Sucker era stuff etc.)

But that was my point Like she did Vroom Vroom but then didn't really develop it any further - so I'd quite like her to try something new or maybe take the PC influences a little further.

    Miley Cyrus

Hmmm, I'm sceptical - sounds very much like a potential outtake from Younger Now, I know a lot of rumours are being spread about Miley returning to big production and due to release a Bangerz 2.0, as such. I enjoy both records, so I am indifferent - however I agree that if this song is part of the upcoming record, it should remain a deep cut if her and her label are wanting chart success.
  10. I think its great that she has creative control but I think she needs an A&R or something - somebody to step in and maybe steer things so that she doesn't get too carried away. She definitely needed somebody to help her put together LFL, simple things like swapping Groupie Love and In My Feelings improve the flow instantly - yet nobody saw that. There didn't seem to be much quality control.
  11. That's the point, they all had much more potential. But she was insistent on including them and therefore lyrically and sonically they appear rushed on the final record. Rather than waiting for the next one and mastering them fully. And we know this MGK track has legit been done this week... Is her deadline close?
  12. I mean she confirmed 11 songs, HIAB was teased in March, same time the album title was decided - a music video was shot at some point and she was ready to drop VB as the lead single in August according to her Beats interview. Yes, it might be a Honeymoon situation, where she said she had 9 songs finalised but needed a few more to complete it. But instead its feeling very LFL, the album has 18 tracks, BAR and Yosemite are on the album, now they're not, that little poem I made up in the forest is now a 4 minute trap song, oh theres a diss track now I broke up with G Eazy, lets chuck Change in there too. This was the intro but its not anymore. Here's the BAR music video for a different song.
  13. 100%, like for real. I wanna buy an album and enjoy it, not have to remove 5 tracks and rejig the digital tracklist repeatedly until it flows (like I did with LFL) only to then put the CD on and have to skip songs repeatedly.
  14. Coachella, Change, White Mustang and In My Feelings I believe... She also added A$AP and Playboi Carti to Summer Bummer
  15. Yup, like release the album when its ready or get Jack to change the password to something she doesn't until she's ready to drop it. Can't be dealing with all these last minute additions - especially when last time she did this we got LFL.
  16. Nah, its just those "positive messages and calmer vibes" came with poorer lyrics, bad production and unnecessary collabs. But she's an album artist, its so frustrating listening to LFL cos I'm constantly skipping - I wanna enjoy Lana continuously for an hour or so and up until now her albums have been soundscapes and moods that you can escape within. I don't wanna have to come back to reality ever 4 minutes to skip poor songs.
  17. I kinda want the visuals to be deep blues and maybe indigo?

Urgh, unpopular opinion but I'm bored... Like she said she wanted to change the future of pop music (unrealistic, I know) but I don't think we've seen that at all. There's been elements in both Number 1 Angel and Pop 2 - but nothing ground-breaking, like she didn't change pop music - she just explored PC music and used autotune a lot! I'm not hating, it's been fun. But 1999, like, I can't be doing with an album (or EP or whatever) that sounds like dated noughties pop refreshed or Venga Boys outtakes. Girls Night Out and 1999 are a sound I think she avoid from now on, personally. I'd rather her master a more current sound and reappear with a project that's cohesive and still Charli but also on trend (kinda like MØ's Forever Neverland or Tove Lo's Blue Lips) or she really needs to ditch the PC music and start a fresh and maybe attempt to change the pop music formula in an impactful way.
  19. I mean she's far from perfect. But she's live so that's expected... The LA To The Moon Tour was underwhelming compared to Endless Summer Tour, I agree. And I don't mind the back up dancers, I think Lana was smart enough to acknowledge that she can't dance. And again I wish she would rehearse some new material and perform it live, it is to Born To Die heavy... My point was maybe we're too hard on Lana when you consider what other artists of a similar age are doing.
  20. Y'know what I'm so grateful for Lana. Like legit her music and image and everything. I just went into the Britney Spears thread on PopJustice and she's there in dollar store underwear, styling her own hair and make up, sweating like she's on drugs in a sauna, shaking her arms about whilst trying to keep her mouth moving in time with the CD. Like damn. Meanwhile Lana rocks up looking like a goddess and continues to give us for the most apart amazing music.
  21. About as likely as the Melanie Martinez collab ahahaha.
  22. I still can't see them collaborating in any manner - they're too different. Lana sings to her daddy from the eyes of a whore, infatuated with older men. Melanie sings to her daddy from the eyes of an adult baby (or whatever her aesthetic is).
  23. I like a lot of artists, let's use Charli XCX as an example. However I do not want her to collaborate with Lana Del Rey, purely because I respect that they are very different artists and yes they may both be good at what they do - but what they do is not the same thing.
  24. A lot of fans were disappointed with Honeymoon - saying it was too slow and boring etc. I think that and (as mentioned by Cacciatore) the fans desire for a Born To Die 2.0 lead to what ultimately became Lust For Life.
