Like I get why Troye is on there (his fanbase and streaming numbers etc), but he's not gonna make it a hit. So it seems kinda pointless, I'm not mad but I'm not excited either. Just grateful that she's still releasing new music

Sorry, but just catching up... I really loved the switch up in direction with the WC music video compared to the BTD era, it was so raw and "edgy", compared the glamorous vintage films we were used too and this transitioned beautifully into the Honeymoon visuals (a combination of the 2). I don't think we'll see an official release of RBFY unless it's been reworked. I also think perhaps she's only teasing this as "2 end of summer jams" and maybe the record isn't finished and she doesn't want a LFL situation, with all the delays and fuck ups and fans begging to know when the album is coming. I'm also very intrigued to know the album title... Id' love self titled, or something really simple, Ultraviolence was amazing (but kinda dramatic), maybe more like Honeymoon.

Ohhhh, I remember hearing about it. Finally she's talking about it in a song! Thank you

What happened in the Guardian interview?

So whilst we're talking about singles, can we confirm which songs have actually been released as singles, cos there's so many buzz singles and non single music videos, I get confused This is how I have it Video Games Born To Die Blue Jeans National Anthem Summertime Sadness Ride Dark Paradise West Coast Ultraviolence Brooklyn Baby Black Beauty High By The Beach Music To Watch Boys To Love Lust For Life Summer Bummer Mariners Apartment Complex

I wouldn't be made either aha, just like to remain sceptical when it comes to Charli releases

Imagine 1999 not even being the next drop and instead we get BIOYL

Do we have many of the original Yosemite lyrics to compare?

If this is the new lead from an album, then I'm guessing there's an ocean/freedom/surfing vibe... kinda like A.K.A. era (The Ocean, Wayamaya, Mermaid Motel etc) Get Free ending with the sound of waves and birds and her singing that she wants to move into the blue Referring to this as her blue phase earlier this year The waves in the teaser video on Instagram "Mariners Apartment Complex" has some tie to being by the sea I'm so excited for the return of Lizzy Grant

Lyrically, I think Off To The Races, Cruel World and The Blackest Day are her most vital in terms of the Lana Del Rey character

Also if this is the start of a new record I hope the role out is more Honeymoon, than LFL... I need that hazy October album to see me into 2019. I hope the new record is darker than LFL but still hopeful if that makes sense? Like BTD, Paradise, UV and HM was a girl stuck in love with a man (or multiple) and she was blinded by him. With LFL it felt like she'd finally escaped from her lover and thought she'd be happy but then realised there were dark things going on in the world, the world she'd ignored for so many years.

So ready for this to be her self titled, who I truly am as an artist era I'd love this to be a lead single, but perhaps stand alones? What if the second is Yosemite and these are the folk singles she said she's drop before the next record

Watching the SuperLove video on repeat, and damn I miss that Charli

I think No Angel would've made a great 2nd / 3rd single after Boys
-
Hmmm, I imagine that she definitely would've made GNO a single, but I wonder what else she considered? Maybe Waterfall, she was fond of that one around 2016 time if I remember correctly... I also wonder if she wanted Bounce to be pushed as a single, performing it on Jimmy Kimmel, like Need Ur Luv in the Sucker era, I think she wanted it to be a single and that's why she performed it on TV instead of Famous.
-
Other than ATAP and GNO, do we know what other songs would've possibly been considered as singles from XCX3? Assuming there was more, as TR got 5 and Sucker 4...
-
As a fan of Sucker, I'm legit ready for this new version or remix of Need Ur Luv
-
I'd really appreciate a link too, if you don't mind

Ready to add all those stand alone singles/collabs and the WIWY EP and have my own 50 track super deluxe edition

Is it only Boom Clap and Break The Rules that got CD singles? Surprised Doing It didn't, considering it was top 10 in UK and it was 2015... I can deal without CD singles, but the fact they haven't even attempted to print the last few projects on CD just annoys me. I mean the vinyl of VV sold out and N1A/Pop2 sold really well
