I don't hate it, it is my least favourite album of hers: mainly cause it doesn't even feel like a Marina album. What I always loved about her is the fact that each album, TFJ EH FROOT, was really ahead of its time and she has her own unique sound that nobody else has, I wouldn't even know how to describe it. Coming from such a strong discography, L+F was disappointing for me cause it felt like she did the bare minimum, which I actually don't even blame her for - everyone has that one mainstream album in their career and she was coming back from a 4 years hiatus so; but the thing is that the only songs that stood out for me were To Be Human and End Of The Earth, I can barely remember the others cause they are too similiar and have a sound that I've already heard million times, it really feels like someone else produced the album and she just sang on it. Don't get me wrong, I loved the era, I loved the concept so much and I even saw her live which made me just stan her more, I simply wish that she would've put more of her indistinguishable style/sound in it. That's my opinion though, I never dared to criticized Marina on social medias or say something negative about the album cause this is my own personal preference, if Marina's happy with it then it's ok ! If you like it then it's OK too!!

I think they just wanted to simply show that the clear version of cocc that the twitter user showed is in fact a new pressing of what we've already seen, it's not just lighting - there are 2 different pressings: one more heavyweight opaque and one more "ice" clear (which looks exactly like the cigs clear vinyl)

Listening to the instrumentals of Breaking Up Slowly and considering that's she's in her country phase I would LOVE if she went on experimenting maybe with western rock, especially something orchestral like Ennio Morricone here's the type of sound I would love to hear:

Not only there're 2 versions of the beige one, apparently also someone got a different trasparent version: The ones I've seen so far were all transparent opaque, you couldn't see through, this one is ice clear

You don't have to worry that much with Marina, when the Man's World vinyl was announced (which was limited and costed only 10€) it took about 2 days to sell out so stay calm ❤️ I wonder though if she'll do more vinyl variants like she did with Froot hm

Kinda late but I finally bought the honeymoon limited boxset!! It's my first Lana boxset and I can't wait til it arrives I was wondering if anyone framed the cards? Cause I wanted to frame mine but I don't know how to make them look good together and cohesive, if that makes sense
