Just listened to if for the first time... Wow what an experience, really beautiful. Maybe not my personal favourite and not my genre but it still is a really great album and really cohesive. I wasn't too sure of this direction at first, but now looking thought her perspective it makes total sense to make a more "chill" album, especially during these times. For a first listen I'll give it a 7.5/10 But I'm sure it will go up

Alexandra Savior is a singer/songwriter from Portland, OR. She's often compared to Lana, so you should totally check her out!! Her sound is mainly dream pop and desert rock and she writes in her songs mostly about manipulation and feminism. Her debut album "Belladonna of Sadness" , released in 2017, was co-written and produced by Alex Turner (frontman of Arctic Monkeys and The Last Shadow Puppets) Her sophomore album "The Archer" , released in 2020, was written all by herself, and co-produced with Sam Cohen. As of March 2021, she's working on her third record and she was seen in the studio with Zach Dawes (who also produced "California", from NFR!, and "Thunder").

Yesterday I re-listened to AKA (I'm listening to one album each day in order to prepare for Chemtrails) and wow.... I forgot it was THAT good now I'm angry at myself that I barely listened to it in all of these years, I might even rank it above BTD. I really hope we'll get a similiar album one day, (hopefully after Chemtrails) maybe with more guitar and bass

Exactly, when Man's World came out I was sooo excited, and now my hype is below zero... I wouldn't mind the single alone if she simply said "this is something random I wanted to publish, I still don't have the album finished now", but it's the fact that she talked so much about the new record and vanished for 4 months basically. (and that she hasn't said a word about the Marinazine contest, which ended in January) I hope that since the merch was delayed and she dyed her hair, this means that a new single is arriving soon.
