Your Band is All the Rage. I think this is the saddest mainly because of how the music is. She writes a lot of sad lyrics to more upbeat tempos, but this is just very all love is lost and it breaks my heart.

I know in the final and other demo she says, drinking cherry schnapps in the velvet night, but that's not what she's saying in this demo.

I read this thread and I don't remember if anyone mentioned this - The first line of You're Gonna Love Me is Jerry says that any time I think I have a good idea, that I should do the opposite of whatever it is I feel. Later in the song, she sings Jim, I dedicate this whole album to you. I think this is an example of her mentioning two relationships in one song. But, who's Jerry? xx
