Standard cover her revenge... But seriously, that does not sound cute. I never ordered the Pink UO NFR because the standard cover art mixed w/ the pink vinyl grossed me out. Edit: I might cancel my Target vinyl if the cover art is literally the only thing different. The red doesn't fit the album, anyway. Idk.

I thought COCC was the album inspired by her relationship/breakup with Sean? Who knows.

This is Lana, though. She's.... laughably inconsistent with what she says a lot of the time. The girl's a machine. And I have no doubt she's been... inspired... by recent events. I think that's why I was so shocked when I heard COCC. I didn't notice any of the themes she said she'd be exploring in Question for the Culture. It's not an angry album at all. So it kind of sucks that she's been doing everything she can to sabotage this one when it's so beautiful.

I was under the impression one would be the covers album, one would be an album of new material (which is why she said inspired by the last 18 months, COCC was pretty much fully written by the start of 2020 if I'm not mistaken). But maybe I'm just projecting, lol.

Knowing her, that + For Free. And that's it. Also, I'm really hoping for her to premiere White Dress on the radio this week. Hearing that song on the radio would be so weird, I'm totally here for it.

This is going to be the roughest fucking 4 days ever (in addition to the last 3). I wake up with various COCC songs ***stuck*** in my head on loop every day. This morning, it's Dark But Just a Game + White Dress. Yesterday it was Tulsa Jesus Freak, Not All Who Wander are Lost, Yosemite, and Dance Til We Die. I should have never listened to the leaks. These songs are crack. It's tortureeeee.

Right? It's weird people are acting like Lana doesn't even make any choices on here lately. Everything you hear on the album is everything she wanted you to hear. The songs, the sequence, the sound effects, the random studio noises, the talking. It's all deliberate. And even in this interview she straight up says it.

Not two albums in the works PLUS Behind The Iron Gates. I love stanning this woman.

I really need her to give us ANYTHING this week re: the album. Ideally, a radio premiere of White Dress to get people talking and excited. But I’ll even take an IG post acknowledging the album’s existence at this rate.

They really should. They've had long enough to get this damn album ready. And I hate getting records super late after the release date.

If it makes you feel any better, I was freaking out about my COCC Spotify Picture Discs since I thought I'd ordered but couldn't find any email receipt. I sent Customer Service an email like I was told to do, and they forwarded me my confirmation this morning. Really quick and easy process - I'm relieved I don't have to panic buy right now.

What song do you think they'll push to Today's Top Hits (if they have the drive to do even that)? I'm thinking it must be Tulsa Jesus Freak, Wild at Heart, or Yosemite. White Dress is my favorite on the album, but outside of the video, I wouldn't see it hooking a lot of new listeners.
