It's not Lana's fault that Billboard has a bunch of dumbasses working for them. Like, when they were typing that shit up no one seemed to think that her debut and stats were way too fucking high? oh well, 51 is still a great debut but now it just seems way too low to me.

So they pushed it back because Body Talk flopped? Why?

Tbh I hate the bonus tracks and after hearing them I don't feel too annoyed about them not being on a CD. Pacify Her I don't really like, and Alphabet Boy I pretty much hate. Training Wheels is okayish. Dollhouse feels dated but Carousel doesn't for me? Even though it doesn't fit the theme of the album. I won't fault Cry Baby for being repetitive, because I actually find most of the songs repetitive. Overall I like the album though.

I don't understand why they do the billboards. Is that actually good promo? I mean it doesn't even say her name on it

Uhm Mad Hatter goes HARD, especially when it kicks in at the beginning, but it's not my favorite song. I didn't listen to the live recording of this but I was actually expecting it to be minimal? Idk why. Immediate favorites are Mrs. Potato Head and Cry Baby probably because of their replay value, as to which ones I'll love months from now remains to be seen.

I'm excited for the video but I don't think it will be nearly as great as I hope it will be.

I like to think the "don't need your money, money" is kind of a dig at her label. She doesn't think she needs their money to make the art she wants to make. (ex: The Ultraviolence video mess)

The best thing I think about this song is that it feels like it goes by so fast...especially compared to that mammoth-sloth-glacial marathon pace Honeymoon lumbers about on

Wow I just realized this song is going to fucking murder me when I listen to it during those late night drives I go on sometimes this + Honeymoon, sonically~ makes no sense but I totally get that whole late night drive thing she was talking about now

OKay I listened and if this actually ended up on top 40 radio I'd be extremely surprised. I don't see this as a hit at all, although it reminds me of Selena's Good For You for some reason. Like if you took the theme of Good For You and reversed it idk Not sure If I like it or not yet, need to listen a few more times. The color scheme of the cover art is totally conflicting with the sound for me. The song feels very...dark? muted colors yet the cover is very dreamy, romance novel-esque. Curious to see how the visuals, Honeymoon, HBTB, and everything else on the album connect together. Also the song, doesn't sound finished. Is the leak low quality and is that why it sounds like that?
