I don't really like this EP. It all sounds so cold and impersonal.

That's the video? No thanks. I'm confused, so is Army the single in the UK while Something in the way you move the single in the US? I hate when artists do that.

Now I'm imagining Religion as a sped up but not so fast version of Diet Mountain Dew. Or maybe like a sonic rush like OTTR is. She could have made this album sound so much more dynamic if there had been some changes in tempo.

I'm actually pretty excited for this album. I didn't really care for their first album, although some songs I like, but I've liked every song they've released so far for this album. My most to least favorites are Love Me, Somebody Else, Ugh, and then The Sound.

I'm not getting Tidal, ever, so if he never releases it to Apple Music then oh well, it won't bother me too much. Which sucks really because I was excited for this album but he keeps being so fucking messy about everything and it makes me not excited to listen to it.

She can still go though. actually showing up to the event would probably help her future prospects for a nomination.

I hope this means she ends up going to the actual Grammys this year.

That dress..thing? Is absolutely hideous but her hair and makeup look pretty. When I crop the bottom of the dress out, it isn't that bad.

She's not gonna bash her label because it would just result in them giving her smaller and smaller budgets for videos, etc, for the next album. Now I really do hope she doesn't tour with this album and waits to do so with her next album. I don't really see these songs being too exciting live anyways.

I don't know if her goal in the beginning was to be a big pop artist. I think she wanted her music to be loved and recognized, but more on a critically-acclaimed scale, as opposed to a commercially-acclaimed scale. When the opposite happened it was good for her career, yes, but I think more disappointing to her, causing her attitude towards everything (specifically promoting) to decline. I think that's why she focuses more on the music now, because although her music might seem more boring or not as exciting now (which I personally agree with), she's definitely becoming technically better in terms of production, atmosphere, etc. If that makes any sense? Visually, as in music video and to a lesser extent her own self, has obviously declined. I wished she care about presenting a whole package, videos, music, looks, now as much as she did then.

The auburn hair is so beautiful. I'm so happy she went back to it because the black/dark hair was kinda making her look half dead.

The first five or so minutes were okay, not great but not terrible, while freak was playing. However, that last six minutes of swimming girls set to piano music was straight up bulkshit. I genuinely think she tries to test how far she can go with her fans' patience.

11 minutes long? When Freaks ends it will transition into the new single off her next album.

New Year's Eve sounds like one of those night versions she likes to do, but amplified just enough to have the most impact. I really like it.

The video is great and so is the song. Is she signed to a label now? I hope she actually releases a debut album soon.

Ok Kamikaze was cute but where the fuck is the album

On Honeymoon she sounds hyper-focused on a sound but not inspired. I think that's what's wrong with Honeymoon. She didn't really have any ideas or inspiration so it sounds kind of lazy. IMO she needed to continue the UV era through to its whole potential, not half ass it and give up in the middle of it. Who knows what album would have followed UV if things had been different.

Maybe it will be where FJM is the cult leader, but by the end of the video Lana and her girls tie him up and take control. (Assuming that his hands are tied up like they might be in the photos), most likely though it will be like Lana swaying around Father John Misty, then her swaying with the girls, then the girls swaying around each other. Everyone looks bored in a pretty way I suppose though.

FATHER JOHN MISTY??? I love him. I'm excited even if freak is not my favorite song off the album.

Here are my extremely possible predictions 1. Tour announcement exclusively for Italy. 2. New selfie article for RS Italia 3. Acting in a new James Franco film 5. The lead single "Videocamera" off her next album 6. An even lower budget continuation of High By The Beach with God Know I Tried where she just rolls around in the beach sand half dead for five minutes with scorched newspaper clippings gently flying all around her 7. Her and Francesco engaged 8. She deletes the photo and never mentions it again. She was trolling us the entire time with the photo by posting a magazine photo with her name photoshopped onto it. 9. Her IG is hacked.

I think it's impossible to determine whether or not her magnum opus has been written yet. We won't be able to determine her magnum opus until she has stopped releasing music or has passed away.
