It is. I, and other people here, have had comments deleted. And it's not a glitch because one of mine was left and one wasn't.

Seems like she threw her toys out of the pram and deleted everything for an hour or so, and then gave up. My "hordes of bitches" comment was right under the other one she deleted, though.

I left two comments. One saying how impressed I was that she was deleting all the comments, but that it was pointless and hopeless, and one asking if she could delete the comments but also call us a horde of bitches. She deleted the first, more rational one, and left the second, more offensive one. Maybe she just really liked the idea of calling us a horde of bitches so she left that one up, idk.

I feel like it kinda is a big deal when you're 33 years old and you have many young, impressionable fans who may try to emulate you, but that's just me. I sound like my mum and it's upsetting me; so I'm done with this topic, haha

I think it might be her favourite track on LFL, though. She legit talks about it in almost every interview from 2017/18. Maybe if we have a Coachella streaming party she might give us NFR ...

Most of all, it raises a few questions about where her head is at right now. She's putting on this big Insta baddie wannabe act and everyone's all, "leave her alone, she's HAPPY!" but this video was pretty fucking reckless. Like ... her eyes are barely on the road, at some points they're even closed, no seat belt, one hand on the wheel, etc ... Jesus. Does a happy and clean person in a good headspace do this type of thing? I don't know if they do. It demonstrates a complete disregard for her own well-being and that of others. To me, she's either not doing as wonderfully as she'd have us believe, and/or her ego has gotten so large that she thinks she can't die in a car crash like any other mere mortal. You know, and I don't think she flipped the video for fun. I think she thought she could fool everyone into not noticing that she was driving by doing so. Which is also problematic. I'm so here for her crazy, but not at the expense of her well-being and that of others.

Maybe I'm taking it the wrong way, but I feel like the underlying message of her latest post (the Brene Brown video) is that if you're not well-known/successful ("brave") then you have no right to criticise something that someone well-known and successful does. That's how it came across to me. Having the mindset that you're not going to listen to any criticism unless it comes from someone of a particular calibre is really problematic, and imo, can set you up for failure as an artist. If you're going to pick and choose whose criticism you take, then you're really closing yourself off to meaningful feedback, which in turn is a recipe for disaster. I understand not listening to people who are just being downright nasty and abusive, but she's coming off as over-sensitive to me right now. Which is okay, because she's human ... but I hope she gets to a place where she can think about all of this more rationally.

I feel like ... approximately half of her shit is true, and half of it isn't. Even within the context of a given song. I remember her talking about being an escapist, but I can't remember exactly what she said. The ideas and themes probably have a basis in reality but then she embellishes the fuck out of them and makes stuff up. I make stuff up all the time so I'm not going to criticise anyone else for doing so.

She was. The car is on the left. She's sitting on the right-hand side. She flipped the video, but she was driving. Otherwise her car, and every other car in the video, was driving on the wrong side of the road.

I showed my mum her crazy video from yesterday. She was like, "how old is she?!" and I told her and she was like, "that's so irresponsible. Young people will watch that and think that it's okay for them to do that, too." (and then I got the inevitable "don't YOU do that just because she did" lecture). Typical mum comment and I still fucking LOVE that video but ... she has a point. Maybe her ego has gotten a bit too big ... and maybe that's why she's ignoring her fanbase ... idk ... early morning ponderings

Yeah, and I remember someone saying that her dad posted a pic of them all eating ice cream a few weeks ago with a weird caption and then deleted it. Who knows, but I hope they haven't had a falling out.

Well .. I'm not trying to be argumentative but we don't know that it is. Ben said that it wasn't after sis said that it was (and Ed said something really non-committal and useless that I forgot) so idk ... is it? And ... you know ... what's the point of it being finished if we don't have it? Like I'm not going be all happy about it being finished when at this point it's about as real as the frickin' unicorn on her journal.

Not that I want her to be an actual crackhead, but it's such a fucking refreshing improvement, honestly. More crazy. Less baddie.

So do we think this was filmed recently, or ages ago? Because if it's recent, then the auburn hair lasted about a fucking week I guess we'll find out the next time she goes to Hillsong, which will be tomorrow or something. She's about due for a visit.
