I think it definitely has something to do with the themes of the album and it'll make more sense when we hear it She was probably writing stuph for this album around the time she dated him and/or they broke up
-
All she said in some interview was that he broke her heart
-
He was HORRIBLE I know people tend to hate on her boyfriends but he really deserved I remember I wrote smthn on Twitter about him (I forget what) and these people from Tulsa DMed me all this stuff about him and I can't repeat it because he is probably on here and would sue me but it wasn't good It was honestly her low point; she can never do any worse
-
We were right about him
-
But what is she doing there

I mean I'm TRYING to understand but bottles were thrown in Melbourne and Byron Bay, not Brisbane She can obviously do whatever she wants to do, play wherever she wants to play, but it makes no sense I just feel really bad for her that she feels that way. It's a really shit situation for everyone. She deserves to feel respected and safe wherever she goes, and obviously for whatever reason she isn't feeling that in Australia and I hate that that's the case.

I agree; you wouldn't expect it to be good if someone described the sound to you, but then you listen and it is
-
There is no logic at all I thought she had stuff thrown at her at Splendour and in Melbourne, not Brisbane? Ofc that isn't an okay thing to do anywhere, ever, but why is she so mad at Brisbane, specifically? WEAK ASS CURRENCY made me lmao though because she's not wrong

tbh I've only watched about 3 of them so I am not really in a position to judge HOWEVER Ray of Light has all of her best songs Drowned World, Frozen, Skin, Candy Perfume Girl and Mer Girl are all brilliant and amazing Drowned World has to be one of the best opening tracks on any album ever She gets a pass for almost all of her problematic, petty shit because of this album in my eyes We can only hope Lana makes an album as good as that when she is 40 Oh and I really like the Frozen MV with the crows. Fuck yeah ( @the ocean what are you doing putting it in the second tier wtf)

I didn't even read that it's an actual acronym of a track; I thought you just came up with a rando bunch of letters

Lana with fans while out in Los Angeles, CA - December 12th, 2022

I've seen people tweet about doing this ("Lana is at/will be at [location]! I'm going there"). It's often the same people over and over. I'm sure most of them are harmless but some of them are not, and it's a concern. As many of us have said time and time again, she needs more security than what she has. -

[SINGLE] Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd: OUT NOW
Rorman Nockwell replied to Elle's topic in New Releases
I don't dislike the song by any means but I still don't think it marries sound and lyrics in a way that makes it amazing. This was my #1 complaint with COCC and BB: very few songs on those albums get that balance right, at least in my (probably unpopular) opinion. One exception is BBS For me, TUOB is in similar vein to songs like Textbook, Arcadia and Wildfire. They just all give me the sense that they are poems with musical accompaniment, rather than songs. IMO a song marries the two qualities seamlessly and these songs (including TUOB) just don't. And this opinion has nothing to do with the meaning of the song - I grasp that as well as the next person, I think, and the meaning is very impactful - it's more the composition that I don't like. So you know, for me, it's just okay. It's interesting because of the lyrics but do I want to sit and listen to it on repeat? No.
