Every few weeks when we don't have new info, this thread always turns into Jack discussion, that discussion usually being people talking shit about him. It's like clockwork at this point - it's not really a good or bad thing (personally, I'm very neutral about Jack, I don't love him but I don't hate him), just something that's bound to happen

I'm hoping that out of the three songs we got already, the production mirrors Text Book the most (if the rest of the album is similar to any of the singles) - but I'd also really love more songs in the same vein as Thunder in terms of guitar

Mariners Apartment Complex vs Wildflower Wildfire

I do think that SATNS (is it too early to acronym? i'm lazy lol) sounds quite similar to Wild At Heart, mainly in the guitar, but I don't think that it necessarily takes away from the songs quality. It's probably my favorite out of the two she's released so far, but similarly to Solar Power, it's gonna be a grower

Happy birthday Lust For Life What a truly underappreciated yet phenomenal album. This album was my first release as an official Lana fan, and I remember being so excited over it. Oddly enough, it's a very nostalgic album for me and a lot of the songs bring me back to a really specific period of my life (I can't listen to Love without envisioning myself in Iowa during October of 2017 lol). It's also the album that gave us Heroin, so for that reason and many more, I am immensely grateful for it Out of the black, into the blue

If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that Billboard is not a go-to or highly reliable source for information and people shouldn't automatically assume that they're correct From what we know right now, I wouldn't be surprised at there being one or two Jack produced songs on the album in the end, but I don't think he'll be the main producer just going off the fact that none of the singles were produced by him.

I've known about Lana since 2012, but I love hearing stories from people her knew her from 2010 and earlier. There's that one radio show that used to play her music during the early days that I listen to every once in a while. I just think it's interesting that there's so many people out there that can say they "knew her when" lol Also leak For Charlie or confirm it's For You

This album still and will always speak to me so deeply. I remember exactly where I was when it came out (I was staying with my grandmother at the time, so when the album came out I was sitting on her couch with a bottle of coke). It felt like it was an album I'd grown up on and had known for at least a decade on the first listen. The whole time period/summer around this album's release is so nostalgic for me, I think it'll be my forever favorite.

I do think that it'll be interesting to see if she's changed the album direction since/due to the alleged changes in her romantic life as of recently. It doesn't seem like she'd fully scrap any positive songs about the relationship, from what I can tell she didn't with the songs on COCC (mainly TJF), but we never know; especially with all the talk of her supposedly changing the album name again

If you set yourself up to think that the album is gonna be disappointing and that you're gonna hate it, that's exactly what's gonna happen I feel like it's really easy for a lot of us, myself included, to make assumptions about what BB is gonna sound like based on the information we have, but at the end of the day we have no idea
