Other than copyright issues (on the producers behalf and anyone else involved) I really don't understand why it took so long for her team to release an unreleased track... Like, weren't they aware how much demand there was all of these years? Was it because Lana liked the idea to keep those tracks at hand just in case she felt like adding them to an album? Surely most of them aren't that "personal" (the ones that are popular, at least) and she isn't really interesting in world-building anymore... So it wouldn't really matter. It's not like she's going to promote them anyways, so that wasn't an impediment before either...
