They don't usually stream big releases from artists, such as lana, or someone on par with the same hype for an album since it will draw away from album sales (I'm guessing). I think the album streaming on iTunes is to try and build more hype for an album that has little to none (ex. SUCKER, which the streaming got me to buy the album, since I thought it was gonna be all commercial pop based off the singles)

You can usually fit 45 minutes on a 12" and the album is an hour and 33 minutes. She could cut one song and fit it on a 2xLP, if she was ever to make a vinyl.
