Diana would have been a beautiful queen. Now she is for me rather a reminder that real-life fairy tales don't always have a happy ending. It was a shock when she died so tragically after finding her true happiness at last... I am not against monarchy. Maybe because we have never had it here and it just seems somehow special.

I love the album version of Dark Paradise. It was one of the first Lana songs that I heard and I still think that it's perfect.

I don't think Lana's creativity will suffer from living in the UK for a while. There are many wonderful places around the world and in my opinion making new experiences can only add to an artist's versatility.

She looks so adorable. Apparantly she wants to play it safe and that's why she keeps singing the same songs over and over again. It's sad actually because she has such a wide variety of songs to choose from. She seems to have gained more self-confidence than she used to have when she first started to perform but you can never know what's inside someone's mind. I really hope that she doesn't avoid singing new songs because she is afraid to be criticized again because of her singing abilities or whatever reason...

I personally think that you might be right. Lana doesn't seem to be a hateful person and I have never understood why her fans try to portray her as one. She may or may not dislike Gaga's music but that's not exactly the same as hating someone as a person. Besides Lana's comment on that particular Gaga video is years old. We have no proof of whether she still feels the same way or not. Is it even of such a great importance? Anyway, this argument is sadly a lost cause on LanaBoards. There are too many people here who are convinced that Lana must hate Gaga (since obviously they themselves do) and every new remark on this topic only causes further arguments. It's better to ignore it.

It somehow makes sense to me that she wants to release Dark Paradise after calling her new album The Paradise Edition. I would be glad to have the video. But only if she also keeps promoting her newer songs.
