Yeah she should really do a textless cover. It's not that they're bad but UV, HM and L4L would've been better with one of the pictures from the photoshoot on the cover with no text. And the comic thing from NFR is really messy.

I just can't get the fact out of my head that the "new" title is COCC in short and also I always almost say CUMtrails. White Hot Forever has always been a weird title to me because my first association is her celebrating her being caucasian. Idk I guess I'm not really feeling it yet. How unfortunate that "Violets Bend Over The Grass" is the best out of her new work titles and it's not even for music.

A shame that I'm not even that sad that the show didn't happen. I'm super tired of her lip syncing or breathing into the mic over super loud backing vocals. The energy she gives is enough for a small venue, black stage, no big light design and no dancers. It's incredible how instead of growing bigger and bigger and shining more and more as a live performer, everything went downhill quality wise after the Paradise Tour, or maybe Endless Summer. For me she is one of the most important artists of the 2000's but she really needs to get her shit together. Why doesn't she just do smaller, more exclusive tours? Why doesn't she hire a proper creative team for a tour instead of literally copy and pasting everything she has been using since the Festival tour during HM. And how come I see the exact same stage that I saw during LA to the Moon? That's cheap and tacky and it's incredible that an artist like her even does that.

For me the bothering thing besides the obvious that were talked about enough in this thread is that the biggest ticketseller Eventim here in Germany actually makes ME fill out a formular, asks me to pay for sending them the physical ticket to be refunded. It's kinda the cherry on top of everything. Like.... wtf? No show, give me my money. There is digital proof and it's literally in my account that I bought the ticket. This situation is just really messy.

They used lots of extensions and wigs for BTD. But she stopped after that album from what I can tell.

Have to admit that he's defo the full package. I'm not sure how long it will take me to get into the music. My ears always expect pop hits when listening to new music. Lana was the first that made me think much more open with music. Now I need to have the same attitude with Troy.

I agree, something is off with SNL. They are mostly known for their musical acts yet they sound as bad as every random TV show with their weird muffled, one dimensional sounding mic filter. Crazy that any artist would freak out to perform there, yet no one has called them out for that.

The most interesting part about her career was honestly that time. Because, even though the label did have influence on her at the time, it was really herself who chose her way how to deal with her career. And I guess this Americana vintage image with presenting herself a shy sex kitten (kinda?) is fresh meat for every cash hungry label. So people never realized that it was actually her doing all this stuff that people called out as fake and not something she put on just to sell or be the mannequin of a label.
