Lana said in December that the next album was going to be better than BB, so I’d assume she had a good number of songs done to come to that conclusion. Did her and Jack just start working together again recently or have they been recording for awhile now and just now decided to open up about it?? I hope loved you then and now/Rock Candy sweet finally finds it’s home. (and BOZ’s favorite song from BB that Lana scrapped)

No it’s definitely not cut short..In the second pic she posted (and the video) you can tell it’s still pretty long. It’s folded in half at the end and still down to her chest

I want Taylor Swift (Taylor’s version) vault track featuring Lana and Holly doing extremely dramatic country twangs all jokes aside I’d absolutely love a Lana x Taylor track. Taylor has shown Lana so much love over the years

My only hope is that the music will be bombastic. I know Jack didn’t tease unused bombastic songs for nothing. And while his production isn’t my favorite I know it’s not solely his fault and he is going the direction Lana wanted. After LFL the songs Rick and Lana worked on together was bartender and happiness is a butterfly (which was piano only before Jack added the guitars) I’m sure that’s what Lana told Rick she wanted. so instead of hoping for better production from Jack (since he can obviously produce absolutes bangers (melodrama/reputation)) I hope Lana is in the place where she wants to have fun and liven the music up, even just a little. Blue Banisters was a step in the right direction and I want her to keep stepping that way

Its so hard to keep up with all the ‘insider’ info, but didn’t an insider like just last month say that there was no album in the works for this year? Now we have insider 1 saying single before summer and insider 2 describing the sound. Meanwhile the 100% reliable insiders are completely silent

I only want Jack back if they’re the bombastic songs. I can’t take another album in the same soundscape. I also want more songs written like Watercolor Eyes. While it’s cute but not memorable, I do like that she went back to her more artsy lyrics. Also, she said whatever is coming up next will be better than BB thank god.

I’m only moving because when she was doing BB Ben put on his story “album()” and we still don’t know what that was about. It’s so boring lately I’d rather move over nothing and have fun
