I felt that way on the first day of A&W’s release. I was thinking that the title track would turn into another LMLYLAW for me when I’ve overplayed it so much that I don’t care about it in the context of the album. But that’s not the case with the title track. It’s become better after hearing American whore and I think in the context of the entire album it would be even better

Honeymoon is my fave too but I get why it’s more underrated. It makes it even more special for me

And even if hope is stripped down it’s a masterpiece, so fuck these people. NFR is a timeless album, just like BTD is.

How is it humanly possible to be so excited about an album, I’ve never felt this way for a Lana album before Every song sounds intriguing in its own way and unlike LFL the diverse sound doesn’t scare me at all. The title track and A&W are very different and yet they do sound like part of the same project. I genuinely believe that this will be her best work yet (sorry Honeymoon, my luv) and I am getting more convinced that it will top the critics’ ratings.

Because after writing 350 minutes of content for her entire lineage, she had to move over to other people’s families

The giggle at the beginning kills me every time
