I highly doubt it was the label decision to halt the releases, they want money after all and they fucking know she is a critics darling and she gets invited a lot to festivals and her shows sells well...

okay but we have no true real idea of what goes on behind the scenes so to assume sky is a liar without a shred of evidence towards that statement (that I'm aware of, at least), is kind of weird and wrong, in my opinion. she definitely wants to release her album. i find it weird that someone would lie about something like this in order to delay their album, and to reduce it to her ego is making big assumptions about a human that you don't even know personally, soooo idk.

tulsa jesus freak will be one of her BEST songs. that snippet is so so so good.. the country inspired dream pop song that also gives Bruce Springsteen Vibes like come on!

its been 2 and a half years since Norman came out and this thread is still discussing their issues with it... the album hasn't suddenly changed and isn't ever going to so i think it's time we all move on <3 

im so excited for the album

just preordered the target exclusive vinyl 

its really good idk why i see so many complaints. we all know she chose 3 of the weaker songs from thank u next as singles, and the album was still an amazing and incredibly personal work. this has potential to do the same.

i sometimes forget that Norman gave us some of her best work in her entire career. Mariners, Venice, The Greatest... like wow. i hope Chemtrails does the same.

the EP is actually really spectacular and would argue that its better than K-12. numbers and test me are two of the best songs she's ever written, along with field trip. she's really evolving as an artist. cry baby is really special to me, so idk if she'll top it anytime soon. but, this EP at least shows that she's definitely growing as a writer and is starting to experiment a lot more with her instrumentals. really excited to hear what's in store for album #3.

the snippet reminds me of venice actually! but sonically sounds like it's own thing with that acoustic guitar in the background

reminds me of the honeymoon era, but a bit more fun haha.
