yes– she will be donating whatever she received upon signing the deal with s&s. with big publishing houses authors are paid an advance upfront, and then (usually) once their book sells enough copies to recoup that money they begin making profits. she prob got a big advance imo (would guess 1 million plus, or close to it) but will also prob make a fair amount in profits too since she has a built in audience for the book.

i bought the picture disc vinyl and am gonna pre-order the book from my local indie bookstore (which if you can afford to u should do too! indiebound.com).

it def will! simon & schuster is a huge publisher, so you should be able to order it through any bookstore

i agree, prob nothing re the album. it's her first book of poems, so i think she'll want to focus on that and its promotion. agree that maybe we'll get more album info once the audiobook is released

tbh this is one of the most fun periods as a fan, just total fan girl mania for 24 hrs

bet it'll be between $20-30 (the image she posted looked like a hardcover release). maybe a "special" edition with extras would be a little more? but not sure that her books will be marketed the same way albums are.

I was working a new office job I hated and was seeking out new music to listen to. I put on True Romance and fell in love! Am now so bummed that I didn't get see Charli when she opened for Marina on the Electra Heart tour (I got there late bc I wasn't a fan of Charli at the time).
