blackoutzone confirmed a new title, it is "before i was famous, some dude named john called me a talentless dumbass who sings like a shart so i went into his office at work and pissed in his fishsticks - god bless america and all of the beautiful fishsticks in it"

and the gays would eat it up as “camp” like the Lilac Heaven/iPhone 11 line:true:

  2. I also got music video vibes from the photos, but who knows. I actually think the styling is interesting despite it being unconventional, but maybe that’s the point—it does seem like we’re getting a unique, chaotic album after all:ma:

I’m curious how the trailer park caption will be relevant if at all. Maybe part of the album’s “variety” explores that part of her past (whether it be sonically or thematically). Hopefully we find out soon:oopna:

Yes! Especially because of her story mentioning Ian Fitchuk, who isn’t credited on any Ocean Blvd songs. Of course, it could be production, but I doubt it, since it seems all the co-writers are typically producers for her too.

    Wait that’s such a good point:illumarina:

I just looked at his credits/discography to get a hint at which direction she could be leaning toward, and it’s tough to tell! I saw plenty of country, but there’s quite a bit of traditional pop and singer-songwriter works as well!

Maybe hearing the entirety of of TUOB will give us a clue:true:

  4. Lana frequently references her own music (often directly with lyricism), so do we think it’s a melodic or instrumental sample instead?

I feel like BoZ wouldn’t have mentioned it unless it was something more out of the ordinary for Lana, right?

I’m not sure, but I’m on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what it could be given Jack is the only writing credit:oprah2:

  5. I could really see this record resembling a blend of Honeymoon x Violet with its own original twist, and here’s why:

We’ve been teased with trap beats, we know there are ambient-like samples, we’re getting more lush instrumentation with strings, diaristic and poetic lyricism, a conceptual sense of cohesion, etc.

I genuinely think this could be my favorite Lana record ever. It checks all of my boxes, but I won’t raise my expectations too high—I still need to hear the record, of course!

All of that said, the fact that Lana announced that she was still confident in the record despite the amplified possibility of a leak from the theft speaks volumes. She could have easily scrapped the songs and started over/delayed the next record indefinitely, but she knows she struck gold with this album. That’s saying a lot given her past experiences with this!

    HOLD UP

isn't the long acronym track 11? And remember when people asked Kintsugi about track 11 and he replied with this 👴 emoji

imo that definitely confirms "grandfather please stand on the shoulders of my father while he’s deep sea fishing"

if this is real I think you’re 100% right! This seems the most plausible!
