  1. Twitter isn’t even in style anymore. Just don’t tell Donald Trump about that.
  2. Zella’s EP is coming out soon, but I think perhaps this might be on Lana’s album.
  3. I barely use twitter anymore because it does not represent the real world. Frankly Twitter should be shut down.
  4. I wonder if she is collaborating with Lissie on a project
  5. We live in a world of 7 billion. Retweets don't really mean much and many accounts are bots. She's in pretty good standing because people care about her art. People really are not going to hold on to something that happened months ago. People move on. And twitter is not the place for gauging public opinion. There is nothing to apologize for. And by this point people are over that IG post because it was months ago. What she says on IG has no bearing on how her music is received and whether or not people buy it. Lana has nothing to worry about. All I'll say is that she should not give any more opinions on IG because people are overly sensitive.
  6. What I’m saying is the “backlash” you are referring to does not come from a large group of people. It comes from a small group with big mouths. These are trolls I’m referring to. It’s been two months since the IG post. People have moved on because news cycles are short. The public is enjoying her poems and is looking forward to her next record because people care about her art, not her views. They did a poll once that found that political views of celebrities have no influence. Another recently poll found that a majority is against cancel culture. The bottom line is that empty barrels make the most noise. The majority of people don’t go around making lots of noise. They mind their business. And it’s that majority who is not discussed by the press. It is that majority that isn’t trolling people on Twitter because they actually have things to do in life.
  7. The idea of Lana being well received starting with NFR is a ridiculous notion. What NFR did is it expanded her audience to those who didn’t understand her at first. UV, Honeymoon and LFL all got good reviews too. BTD is now very well received despite the initial negative reaction. Overall she has been credited as having a huge impact on music in the last decade. She is currently very well liked and respected. And it’s been that way for a while now.
  8. Vulture is not “the public”. The view of one reviewer who clearly has an agenda does not represent the views of everyone else. The media is out of touch with the public. It’s been that way since the 90s. Her career is fine and critics have never been the gatekeeper of who made it in this business. If that were the case, The Beatles never would have made it. Still most of the reviews of this audiobook have been positive.
  9. They better keep a close eye on her to make sure she does not “hang” herself. She has a lot of dirt on a lot of people. The truth must come out!
  10. That wasn't Lana. It was from a fan account that looked like it was legit Lana's account but it wasn't. That was already debunked.
  11. Talent that rivals Lana? Well I have yet to see that. Half of hip-hop today is manufactured anyway because record labels want to make money. Its no longer the 90s.
  12. She is just one of those people in this business who got ahead despite not having anything special to offer. One can go on all day naming people who got ahead who should not have gotten ahead. But hey, thats showbiz for you. The fact that we (myself included) are even talking about her is the problem. She does not deserve one second of our attention. We have a lunatic for a President, a pandemic, a legal system with systemic racism, millions homeless, millions without health insurance, climate change, rising crime and a crumbling infrastructure. These are issues that demand attention. Azealia Banks? She's a waste of time and energy so I think we should just call it a day at this point. I know we have all said a lot of things, but this just feels like the right time to make her go away by ignoring her. Its the best way to deal with a narcissist.
  13. Then she should be banned from IG if she is a troll.
  14. True, but the media has shown clear double standards. But we do have bigger fish to fry, like the fascist in the White House
  15. I’m shocked Azealia Banks hasn’t gotten into any legal trouble considering her history and behavior.
  16. She fat shams Lana and gets away with it. The media stays silent. You can call that privilege. This is just common sense. All you need is common sense to figure out what the media is up to. I just watched Richard Jewell and that movie is a perfect example of how the media is slanted. We need the fairness doctrine reinstated, but the GOP doesn’t want that.
  17. I’m bi, but I never heard this. But then again I have not been following her.
  18. Wouldn’t that be nice! She deletes things and gets away with it. Hillary hits the delete key and the GOP goes nuts...
  19. I already reported her. She should be banned from IG. It’s cyber bullying and it is toxic. Someone needs to put her in her place. Actions have consequences.
  20. I swear, Azeillia Banks is the Donald Trump of the music business. I know what privilege is. And Lana is misunderstood. She never said anything wrong in her IG post from May. It was highly educated wealthy people in the media (with a platform) who twisted her words because they had a political agenda. They want conflict. They want people divided. The people who yell privilege the most are usually wealthy, highly educated people with terminal degrees. Those folks are indeed privileged and they feel guilty about it, so they spread that to everyone else and by everyone else I mean the middle class, which is disappearing as we speak. And I don't think you can excuse Azeilia Banks' behavior. I'm bipolar and I don't make fun of people's weight.
  21. 1. I didn’t say Beyoncé can’t sing about those topics. Her career her business. 2. Lana never said she was a feminist. Actually most women do not identify as feminists despite believing in equality on the basis of sex. I personally support the ERA. 3. I have not said anything racist here. I oppose all forms of discrimination as I have faced discrimination as an LGBTQIA+ person. 4. Lana does not romanticizes domestic abuse. She writes and sings about experiences. If this is a fan site, then are you really going to suggest we don’t listen to any of the tracks on Ultraviolence? That album is a fan favorite. Lana tells her own story. Men don’t tell her story, so I don’t know where that idea comes from.
  22. She’s on the list. I just don’t think it’s going to be an obvious pick. We will know soon enough.
  23. So Joe Biden says he will announce his running mate by next week!! I have an unlikely prediction for who his pick will be; New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan-Grisham.
