A Star for Nick can be seen on various screenshots of her Myspace profile, yes. Here's the earliest one I could find from the old Imgur album (but it doesn't show any lengths): It's still unknown what exactly "For Charlie" is, but I'd assume "Of A" = Birds of a Feather...

If I recall correctly from reading old posts and whatnot, A Star for Nick surfaced prior to the rest of Sirens after the audio was found and cut from a 2008 podcast. I remember reading how the guy who played it announced the title and artist beforehand. The full podcast audio is still here and Lana is credited for her music being used on the website evilentity linked, but it's over two hours long and I cba right now to find the timestamp of when ASFN plays

Unfortunately, copyright strikes sometimes show false/incorrect titles after being uploaded under that title multiple times. A more recent example of this is Like That by Ariana Grande, which everyone called "Jada"— she only says that once in the full song, and we know it's not the actual title, fans made it up when only a snippet was available online. Something similar also happened with a few Melanie Martinez songs several years back, being detected under fake (but frequently used) names.

I guess she might've gotten the age wrong by a couple years or so in that interview, luckily it's not as drastic of a difference as "I recorded Axl Rose Husband when I was 16" ☠️⚰️

Ok so… I just read the Interview magazine article and this part stuck out to me — Then, I watched this documentary when I was 20 called The Devil and Daniel Johnston with my boyfriend at the time, Artie Levine, and seeing that Daniel was super different and he had a bit of a cult following, I realized there might be a chance here. I definitely had my muses, but it was so much later on in life because I didn’t move to New York until I was 18, and that was when I first heard anything other than Eminem, country, and NPR. All of a sudden, I got a fucking crash course in music. Who is this? I feel like I've never heard that name before, I looked him up on here and couldn't find anything either. There was a boxer of the same name born in NY, but he would've been in his like 60/70s when Lana was 20

Umm Inconsistent Flame was made in 2021, so definitely not an After School outtake. The original voice memo file actually didn't have a title btw - it was only numbers (including the recording date, Apr 25 2021).
