i'm sorry idk if that's an unpopular opinion but if i was a trans girl who was trying to break out in music for almost ten years without success because of my identity i would sign with whoever would give me a chance to have my dream come true. yall talk like it'd be sooo easy for her to work with other ppl when at the time dr luke was the only one willing to work with her (because he is a piece of shit and knew that she'd rather sign with him than never have the change to have a real career)

do you guys still think she's releasing the album this year? i'm betting on the first half of next year if we're being optimistic i can't take this anymore and also WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG WITH THIS MUSIC VIDEO? COME ON, WHY does EVERY release of hers have to be such a mess?

i'm such a banks stan for years now but i also did not have any interest to listen to serpentina more than 3 times... i like the singles but other than that i can't even remember one track from it i think my ranking for her albums is goddess > III > the altar but it's always changing cause they're all SO EXCELLENT

i think she has tons of potential as DIRECTOR, because she has a vision and she does everything in her power to make that vision come to life. but she cannot write a good script for the life of her and neither can she act. if she accepted she's not great at everything and used help with that, i think she could make a good film someday. but i agree that she should focus on making a good album and rollout, and making movies seperally. she just can't help but wanting to do everything at the same time...

i really hope she isn't lying this time... it's clear from this interview that it's basically impossible we're getting this album this year, but if she keeps on the public eye and releasing singles consistently until an official announcement is a start, we've been waiting for 10 years, one more is ok IF she keeps feeding us regularly

how hard would it be for her team to at least put a youtube premiere for the music video just so we know when it comes out? the anxiety is killing me

i mean the meme is not wrong, its not that nobody else is oppressed by their label but... halsey? tiktok was already a thing when she released IICHLIWP which got a whole film for visuals and it had no potential hits for tiktok. also, how is it that her label isn't interest on her releasing the song whatsoever, but gave her money to shoot a music video for it? to me its clear that this whole thing is just marketing to - surprise! - get a viral tiktok moment and promote the song before its release ALSO, IF that is true and the label is oppression halsey then its pretty funny since she was the one who said years ago that sky was lying about being held back by her label and now its happening to her. seems like karma to me, and sky has all the right to shade just for that alone

i think the problem is not really the time she has taken, but how she's been insisting the album is coming for all these years and literally trolling us... every single year constantly announcing an announcement and then saying it got delayed again. if she just released ntmt and dipped and never promissed to release anything else, just said she's going to release whenever she wants, like joanna newsom, fiona apple or lorde do, i'm pretty sure nobody would be that mad.

does anyone know what happened to ntmt b-sides part 2?? she released the ep with a part 1 in the title which implies a part 2 but it never came... what songs were going to be on it?

do we have a sky ferreira unreleased spreadsheet or folder? i'm tired of waiting for new music and it just came to mind that i've never heard her leaked unreleased material

i'm curious as to why you guys think xcx world would be such a bad move for charli's career... it's not like n1a and pop 2 gave her any hits and this album was the beginning of her hyperpop era. i feel like the making of this album was very important for her even if she didn't get to release it. at this point in time though i dont think it would be a great move to release the album even as a mixtape. we already have it! let's move on and focus on the amazing things she's doing right now
