did somebody mentioned the alternative cover listening party cd is coming with a super pixelated cover? i saw at least 3 tiktoks of ppl unboxing it
-
after show & tell i thought it was clear that she hates m&g's and is probably not doing them unless shes forced to
-
what is up with these short ass songs as lead singles? her barely reached the 2min mark, fyb was 1:50 and now this. they're not bad but why so short
-
the portals concept really doesn't sacrifice k12's continuity at all..? like when she jumped off the school she actually died and everything we see after that is her unaware of that fact, entering the portal that is actually the afterlife. that can be confirmed also by the fact that lilith in the middle of the movie didnt let crybaby enter the portal bc she still had things to live. its not the best told storyline you've ever seen but the continuity is fine

evil is on my top 5 for sure, it's so fun! it reminds me of mars argo, wich makes sense since cj baran is also producing her new music
-
after watching that video from yesterday where she talks about the album, some of these songs sound so out of place.. like moon cycle, evil and such just sound like diss tracks about oliver tree, what do they have to do with life/death/limbo or any of that? very strange
-
nooooo i'm a sucker for cd booklet's i was expecting some type of storytelling in it like she did for crybaby, oh well
-
budget is not necessary for good transitions tho, kim petras' turn off the light is there to prove it

How do you sort Lana's unreleased music?
champainproblms replied to TrashMagiq's topic in Lana Thoughts
the covers for these are sooo pretty i love it -
i'm listening to the album right now and i'm underwhelmed with the transitions lol i thought they would be more seamless like beyonce's renaissance
-
my favorite era from her is actually dollhouse ep. i was there when it was released and she was just being discovered so she was happy yo meet and interact with fans, her voice sounded so good and the setlist for the tour was always changing with different songs & covers, it's my favorite tour from her. also the photoshoots, live performances and overall aesthetic was better than ever. boy i miss those times
-
if you are right, boy can she stick to the bit. because the way she portraits herself on interviews, social media, etc in the years prior to this release it feels like she actually takes her music sooo seriously
-
i like void! i find odd that a 4 minute song doesn't have a bridge, i really miss more bridges in today's music. other than that it's a cute songs and a new sound for melanie which is refreshing to hear
-
did the album leaked?
-
idk cause void is slowly getting viral on tiktok without any type of promo, i think the pop-punk leaning tracks will be very popular and the GP will stream the album for them
-
to de graça means i'm for free
-
for the ones asking about globoplay: the concert will be playing on a channel called "SINAL ABERTO" accourding to Melanie Martinez Brasil
-
her concert will be streamed for free in hq on globoplay.globo.com at 9:30 PM brazillian time. you just have to create an account

crybabys music videos give 90's tim burton, k-12 is that weird transitional period in the early 2000s and this new video for portals is full washed up bad cgi tim burton
-
she and sam smith did the same thing with unholy and it worked, i think she's trying to get to a certain amount of tiktoks with the sound before anniuncing a proper release
-
a fan in chile or argentina made a video of her on the airport and she was wearing a pink balaclava thw whole time, so yeah i dont think she'll show her face aside from candid photos
-
so the "twisted all my limbs for you" is a contortionist snippet right
-
i love when artists change the production of a song to fit their current sound on tours, everyone should do that! i hope we see some pop rock renditions of her hits in the portals tour
-
i mean, soap is a hit and evil is an unreleased song, i think the crowd would rather hear a song they know!
-
she's starting right now with dollhouse, looks like it's the same tracklist
