Okay hear me out: Textless album cover seems like the best solution in this case. She can easily capitalize the album the way she wants, even if she changes her mind otherwise, as "Did you know there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd.?" or "there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd." or whatever.
