im just beyond happy she’s changing the title... blue banisters isnt cute and it symbolizes her not being healed quite yet. im so confused now though why does she enjoy torturing us??? the only way there’s not going to be a delay is if its a digital release.

i like these songs. i still listen to them about every other day. theyre very personal and beautiful and relatable to me. however, i understand the “its nothing new” conversation because its really not... lana’s whole career was switching up her sound and look every era to give something new and fresh and it almost seems like she’s run out of directions to turn. i wouldnt mind if she revisited sounds like honeymoon or ultraviolence but she seems like shes channeling the most boring sound in her discography. i also think if chemtrails was never released and this was a follow up to NFR/VBBOTG then they would make a lot more sense and i even think we would love them a lot more. chemtrails really fucked up the flow of her discography BECAUSE she knew it wasnt her best work but she wanted to release it anyway. it was kinda filler to her. idk... i just hope her discography gets back on track with this album. i’ll listen to and enjoy anything she releases but it just seems like nothing will compare to the UV and HM days.
