That was a new mastering engineer that didn't work with Lana before At least they fixed it now on streaming.

Why was everyone disappointed with the second day streams? 12 million streams doesn't seem too bad to me.

@TrashMagiq can you try listening on the web version (music.apple.com) and check if you still have crackling issues? I just checked Kintsugi and Fingertips with different headphones and I think they fixed it, or maybe I'm not listening closely enough.
