We know that the album is complete. An announcement in the next 1-2 months would be realistic, even if Neil's story isn't Lana related.

Solo album is usually used if someone is in a band or group, since this doesn't apply to Lana it likely means nothing. At least I don't see why Ben would reveal early if there are any collabs on the album.

The vocals in the LDR9 snippet remind me more of French Restaurant than Watercolor Eyes.
