To be fair I think people are always scared of Lana retiring because Lana always talks about how she hates doing this and that when it come to her job She doesn’t seem to be into being famous and with the way she seems to put very little effort into her shows and is constantly casting her previous projects aside I get why people have this anxiety that she’s just going to drop all of it. Personally I don’t see her stopping making music or anything. But I wouldn’t be surprised if she stops going to award shows or events (which she already goes to so few of) and also a lot less live shows, if any at all. I also can see a lot less interactions with fans if those stories are true, which is pretty sad for us who have never gotten to meet her or even go to a concert.

I don’t think it has anything to do with her being “available” for 99% of people who feel this way. It’s her marrying (not just associating, being friends, or even dating) a Trump supporter who liked/reposted some pretty nasty stuff that I don’t agree with at all. Everyone has their own right to feel how they feel about someone’s morals and political opinions and I’m tired of everyone on this site telling people that’s wrong. I think the healthiest thing to do is take a step back if you feel like you can’t support someone fully anymore, rather than staying an obsessive fan but at the same time feeling upset over everything she does. Also yes- I would feel this way if any artist I greatly admired married someone with these views.
