I think she was really close to marrying Barry when she had to break it off and around that time Jaime King had her first child. I think she just dramatized the whole story 4. I think Bill is Barry and idk what era that song is from, but it wouldn’t shock me if around the Tropico/Ultraviolence era Lana referred to Barry as her husband 5.
