Lana has been stuck in this weird place since NFR. She hasn’t necessarily made bad music, all of it has been at least good other than Blue Banisters. It just seems like she has been spinning her wheels and waiting for something. She really hasn’t grown or shown much evolution since NFR and I think it is because her and Jack have really done everything they can together but they aren’t ready to part. It is also confusing because Jack talked about how they have been heading down a “strange” and wild path yet she is releasing another country/folk inspired project. It is so bizzare and I really hope she decides to switch it up soon because I feel like so much of her artistry is getting lost in translation

I think the cover will be a picture from the big photoshoot she did where Molly styled her. We literally have a picture of her on set and videos of the amount of clothes/jewelry/shoes.

Nadia Lee Cohen is one of the greatest visual artists right now, I think this music video is genuinely one of her greatest projects. It is so insane but also gorgeous. I can’t wait for Beyoncés visuals to finally come out so we have more Nadia directed videos
