The raffle at my location is to be drawn line next week because they didn’t have goody bag yet- which will make me feel less sad about not winning.. I’d feel so jealous seeing somebody else winning and not me.. especially if it has cute candy necklaces in!! I got a poster though, had to specifically ask at the end, the guy asked if we’d come back later because everyone will go wild if he gets the posters out? We couldn’t come back later though so he did give us one.. and let the rampage ensue as we walked away and he had to dish the rest out

The one I attended people clapped in between each song.. which I kinda hated I was sat on the floor in a record store and the speaker system wasn’t great.. like.. it’s made me excited to listen through Apple Music haha

The fact that some of you guys are pulling parallels between some tracks and Pink Floyd really excites me! I made a Facebook post the day Ocean Blvd was released saying I could totally hear the potential for a progressive rock sound, and his the backing singers were very reminiscent of some of Roger Waters work and even the exhale at the beginning of the track reminded me of the exhale at the beginning of “mother” on the wall.. So, if John batiste interlude is supposedly sonically similar to great gig in the sky, then I’m very excited.. and that just an interlude
