finally another person who agrees that the anthology is the better half TTPD is better sonically but i LIVE for her songwriting on this half. i clicked with the anthology immediately, and that doesn't happen with a lot of albums for me

an hour is too long, make it ten minutes tops so the word doesn't travel across tik tok

Lana at Stagecoach in Indio, CA - April 28th, 2024
love divine replied to takemybreath's topic in Sightings
imagine lana making tracks with the LSD trio -
i would absolutely take another folkmore style album, but i do agree that the anthology is an updated version of what woodvalve could've been. woodvalve truthers RISE
-
this still being in featured topics we are holding onto hope
-
that's the one song i have seen everyone collectively dislike (and i agree.) dare i say the epiphany of TTPD. it doesn't really hit hard unless you have/like kids
-
cassandra is one of my favorites so cinematic
-
praying to see Smokey Black Nights (Taylor's Version) (From The Vault) on the debut tracklist
-
it's crazy how tiny midnights sales seem compared the TTPD. everyone was gagged by those sales, imagine going back a year ago and telling people that she more than doubled that with her next record
-
this!! also when people blame their attraction to older people or issues with their parents on her, even jokingly. it's old and it dulls her art to very superficial level, thus creating the stereotypes and the defenses people who don't like her use when they wanna trash talk her music. i always feel like the closing track of honeymoon is her begging against this

Things On Your Watchlist?
love divine replied to Make me your Dream Life's topic in Movies & Television
i'm want to get into anime so bad. my friends love it and a lot of the shows seem to be very interesting, but i always start them and never return. if you guys have any recommendations, i would love to hear -
the caption on her latest instagram post really jumped out at me. i first saw her in concert days before her 21st birthday, and now she's in the last year of her 20's?? time truly flies

found this at a tj maxx today

i said that too a couple of years ago about 1989, especially since in the lover era it felt like she's was dropping off a bit, but this past year has been an incredible awakening from that. i'd say anything is possible for her at this point
-
when it's eventually cool to like her again there will be thousands of articles written about how wrong they were, i'm calling it now
-
i could never be famous, seeing people constantly discuss my looks via age and weight would drive me right into a psych ward
-
my boy only breaks his favorite toys sounds SO much like the 1989 vault. it trips me out everytime i hear it
-
this video is an incredible analysis of the album. i'm sure no one outside of the fandom would want to watch a 2 hour video about a single album, but this is what i will point people towards when they try to say her current writing doesn't make any sense and she's just saying things.

been listening to the anthology obsessively. it's giving me that same feeling i got when i was in the early stages of listening to folklore and evermore, just awestruck. i love taylor swift in all kinds of genres but THIS is where she truly thrives to me. the strings in the prophecy have me in a chokehold
-
i just installed this on my switch a couple of days ago! what i wouldn't give to have one of my relatives gift me some large plot on land in the country to escape to right now...
-
it certainly has become.. unpopular in here
-
the actual clock park of the watch being so tiny is killing me
-
i don't care if it doesn't come with the rest of aka, GIVE US PAWN SHOP BLUES ON LASSO
-
They say what doesn't kill you makes you aware, What happens if it becomes who you are? reputation TV is coming for their necks
-
unpopular opinion but fresh out the slammer would be the best choice for the next single (guilty as sin is still up there though)
