My prediction is first single in January/February

I’m a little confused about this album in general because the way she spoke about its progress for months sounded anything but confident. Up until that Vogue Italia interview (I believe it happened in August, though 111 says the album was mastered a month later), she didn’t seem sure where the album was headed. Back in February, when Lana first made that Lasso announcement, Jack sounded confident and super excited about the album. Now we have Luke also saying it was fulfilling from a creative standpoint. Was she talking about the same album in those interviews where she didn’t sound confident? I don’t remember her ever sounding like that when asked about a new album. Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t she usually seem more inspired and optimistic about the direction of her upcoming projects? Is she just overthinking it because she’s been working on this album for years? Or did she have a bunch of songs and end up reworking it, cutting some tracks and adding others in June?, July?, August, or September? I’m not inside her head, but I’m sure the country trend might have contributed to her apprehension. Then again, it’s Lana. We can never predict where her head is at or what she’ll do next.

this is so Neil Krug, I love it. kinda hope the final album cover looks more like this, or that we get a similar style for the other artwork/alt covers. I've been imagining her next album having a similar green-tinted vintage style cover, I think it would fit the southern gothic vibe really well

I hope there's no covers if this album is only 13 songs, especially not a cover she released a year ago I'd be happy with hey hey, my my or unchained melody if there is one though

still processing the fact she announced a new album I'm so glad we're still getting Henry come on. Assuming she continues with the Ballards, I hope they lean more acoustic rather than piano. We also need a Venice bitch/A&W/ride iconic song

I've been loving his new album, very west coast rap I love this song it's veryyy Bay Area rap coded. The music video is great too, feels like a tribute to California. So many references to the black and latino communities in LA and Bay Area which is so cool to see Some of the easter eggs I noticed: Idk if a lot of people outside the west coast will appreciate it the same way but super cool to see how much thought he put in

If this is the same album she's been talking about having writer's block, I'd rather her keep it short. I would love more songs, but I think she creates her best work when she's confident in what she puts out

I wonder if her version of American songbook/southern gothic is something like born to be wild and Neil young.
