Well I guess I’m the weird one… this is an instant classic for me. I actually like the instrumentation. Could’ve been better, sure. I would’ve liked a banjo and a guitar, some strings. but the non-Jack piano + steel guitar is already a beautiful combo.

I just realized the title “Lana Del Rey - American Standards & Classics” is actually very pretty. Imagine the album cover with a cursive typeface, Lana in a vintage get-up. Maybe shot by Neil Krug. Who sees the vision?
