I still consider Let Me Love You as COTCC album's lead single. I have never understood why people have never considered it as a lead single? I mean, it was released on every streaming platform, got a radio release, a music video and even a Jimmy Fallon live peformance lol (and she performed that in the Ally Christmas special show as well or something).

It's more poppier but it's like cohesive pop, like the tracks are sonically quite similar to each other but they're not boring. Well that's my opinion, I feel like all the tracks have this smooth underwater feeling sonically. People have thought that L'Amour De Ma Vie is about her relationship with Jesse.

Aw so sad about Mitski, hoping the best for Lana! So happy about PJ Harvey though, love her!

NFR had the worst rollout ever. COTCC's rollout was million times better imo. Lead in October and album out less than 6 months. But talking about Tough, idk why but I have always thought that it was for Quavo's album but recently Lana followed a music video director on Instagram, who has directed a video for Migos before, so he's probably directing a video for Tough

Sooooo...the post isn't really cringy, like it just shows "the bad luck" if you have to sit on rainy seats in a concert and the video had Lana's Dealer audio in the background (with the "I don't wanna live" part) but many comments (who are probably not familiar with Lana or the song - they probably thought that it was from that concert) complained how she can't sing and they would rather be in the rain than listen to her singing. And look who also commented. Reddit UK's official account - I wonder if they meant this in the context of the concert or in the context of the video with the Lana audio???

Oh I forgot that it was today! Her hairstylist Anna has been posting like 3 Insta stories of old Lana photos where she's having that big Priscilla hair with Salvatore audio in the background!

Neil Krug has always celebrated UV's birthdays by sharing photo outtakes on Instagram, so we will definitely get something special for the 10th anniversary, since the album means a lot to Neil as well. At best, maybe he will drop the book!

I remember that one day from last year when I came home, I was totally burned out and I put on a random Lana Spotify playlist and the first song they played was Paradise's Yayo and that song really healed me in some ways. It was so soothing, it was like a warm blanket or a soft balm put on your skin, it literally turned "my whole system" off. It like put me on a trance, I just stopped thinking, my whole consciousness was like inside that song, inside those melodies. It's like a therapeutic lullaby. I had a similar experience this year when I travelled back to my hometown by tour bus. It was midnight but earlier during the trip, I got into an accident which completely shook me mentally. My mind only replayed that accident all over again and again but while I was travelling back home, I put on a random Lana playlist again and Yayo played, so the soothing experience from last year kind of came back and time literally stopped for me. It's maybe weird to say this but this song does miracles, it's like a magic drug which helps you to heal.
