Jojo Siwa... I think that ppl don't deserve her, I think she created gay pop but ppl tend to forget it. And I think that there's 4 old dudes from a band called "Kiss" ?... They stole her whole aesthetic into something cheap. I think she also is a great vocalist. I feel like the Mayhem character represents her workahoolic persona. That's why she said in her ELLE interview, that she wish she could have been be advised to not be too hard on herself. In "Disease" MV she clearly tries to purge herself from the pain by making her traumas personas work hard till a healthier one appears. But it end badly cause she realize that her traumas are a part of her and she can't get rid of it. In "Abracadabra" it seems like she wants the blonde "Lady Gaga" persona to fit to the public and academic expectations. In the lyrics she addresses the phantom of the dance-floor to create a pop song bc that's what the lady in red wants. But it also seems like there's a sort of duality between the attempts to succeed and the reality : Mayhem in red represents a kind of dominatrix, evil force despite the fact that she was supposed to be a doctor. While "Lady Gaga" persona embodies the purity, she's dressed in white, her outfit are noble, she even wear a cross on her outfit and even did the Christ pose, etc... I absolutely agree with you on this aspect. LMs are super toxic, not against other fanbases but against Gaga herself. I saw many so-called "fans" who complained bc she's pushing her 40 yo and she's going to build a family. They're saying she's no longer attractive or honest... I readed super mean things coming from Gaga's fans or ex-fans and I think this affected her a lot. Bc Gaga is an artist who has a certain ego cause she cares about doing the things well and she care abt being a serious artist (and ofc being perceveid as a serious artist). She tends to be humble and to accept the criticism to propose artistically new stuffs. But yeah, "Mayhem" is a response to criticism. The theme of the album is a retrospective about her life with fame. I do not perceive her approach as fake tho, she clearly worked on a way to unite her new artistic background to her old standards.

That's the label decision. She can do music for her fans without making lose too much money to her label. She worth $900M, I don't think she she capitalize on music tbh.

Gaga have been used onomatopoeia repetitions on every of her previous songs... Even RedOne himself said that she write fully her songs and the producers just modify some aspects of it. She likes to reference her previous songs in her new songs it's a thing that she always did, even on her unreleased songs. Tastes are subjective no need to make toxic comments by saying it's "trash". I do not love that much "Abracadabra" but I got to admit that the production isn't flat anymore. I prefered "Disease" it was more my kind of vibes. Gaga do not care that much abt making sells, she's already super rich, she defo made an album with the kind of sonorities for her fanbase, bc they wanted this since a long time. She made Jazz music for the fun and now she's returning to pop for her pop fans. But as she said, she can't recreate the style of her old music so she has to do something that balance her new artistic identity and her roots.
