I'm an art student and my work is super inspired by Lana but in a subtle way I guess. I made several drawings from Lana candids but I haven't drawn her properly yet. I did Barrie though. He liked it on Instagram, I feel blessed Two of my pieces are from the Malibu hotel candids from January 2014, probably one of my very dearest looks of her. It's kind of a new and different style for me though, still not sure I'm that into it. Sorry the pics are really big!!! Also one of my installation is kind of me trying to summon Lana's ghost... It's pretty fake deep and weird to explain but here's some pics. Sorry about the "Lanz" part haha. I'm really fascinated by the fact that only I, those who know who I talk about and get the references, and Lana herself but that's not even sure, would get the reference and crack the real meaning of the piece. I'm writing my thesis on this. I'm sorry this seems so artsty-fartsy by no means do I want to appear more highbrow or any other shit. But it was my first real public exhibition and I'm very glad Lana was the biggest inspiration. Shameful self-promo - promise I will never do it again - this is my art blog.

Could be, so it may be a big influence on the album? Like she seems to feature her inspirations on the honeymoon account so yeah might just be I guess we'll only know when it gets out

The fact that it doesn't rhyme makes me wonder if they really are lyrics. People on Twitter suggested the possibility of a monologue and I'm into it to say the least

I don't know anything at all about playlists and I'm sorry if this has already be mentioned or something but I'm looking to make a playlist with a theme going around poppy, happy hot summer end of the afternoon and night. Only tracks I would have in mind right now are Every Man Gets His Wish and Queen Of The Gas Station, Playing Dangerous perhaps, songs kind of atmospheric, and St Tropez because I'm deeply in love with it. Has anyone any idea of what I could add please? Things a bit moving, perhaps more love oriented, that reminds you of summer

Well the fact that they're tacky and ugly doesn't prevent them to be great imo like it fits a certain style and I like that and again I love how she decided to wear them but God forbid I ever wear that anyway that's just my 2 cents

Probably has zero implications haha but I noticed that the footage of her face is mirrored so I'd be slightly more inclined to consider it as homemade footage than pro stuff but again it surely means nothing at all

That's what I'm starting to think too, the more I watch it the more it looks like some homemade and found footage with an effect on it but still if it's the vibes of the new style and if it's the song I'm extremely happy it's so beautiful
