  1. Yes it's def the beer / VG line but also "cry on his shoulder cuz life is hard" literally screams BTD for me idk. Very Gangsta Sinatra. The way the story is told is also very Carmen like. It's like she took lyrical themes from her 2010 unreleased and mixed it with a LFL type instrumental. BTD / LFL most ambitious crossover in history. Stans could not believe it
  2. I love her little head bopping eyes closed and smile in the end She's so obviously proud of it and enjoying it I'm getting spurts of pure love towards her I love her so much. You can see how much she's involved in it and how much she cares. I really can't wait to see the universal critical acclaimed mention on wikipedia
  3. I stan not only beauty but also talent. Thanks for coming to my TED talk
  4. I know this sounds like a very serious sad and beautiful and melancholic and nostalgic song but the beer line immediately made me thought of the cracking a cold one with the boys meme. These lyrics feel BTD ASF.
  5. I can absolutely see what she means by Change influences on the record woooooow. And I adore songs that tell story I think it's what Lana excels at I'm so excited, the sound of the record is shaping up and it's really gonna refresh her music up, I'm riding the high wave of this era so far
  6. How To Disappear sounds incredible. This fucking era. NFR forever
  7. These pics are beautiful + I would love the continuity with UV era but I would be very surprised if the cover ends up b&w Also these remind of one of my very favourite pictures of all time, Lana or not, and who exactly represents the vibe I get listening to VB
  8. I don't remember the intricacies of what happened and was said then; do we believe a fan made these or not? If we're not sure it was a fan who made this I'm starting to believe it was Lana herself
  9. It was just a (bad cheeky) joke but wow, all this data is very interesting. Not to do pseudopsycho but I wonder if she's aware of that and what she thinks of it, like what if she's unconsciously repressing herself or smt. It's none of my business but I admit I'm very interested
  10. You might want to extend that to older ones lol If I have to choose one I'll pick Radley Haddad, at least he's smiling on google image

Thanks to both of you for your replies that aren't pointlessly dragging me but actually giving relevant answers. This thing with Timothy and Billie is precisely why I asked. Yeah it's def not about Billie, would even be interested in what a collab could give tbh, even if it's just in song writing
  12. These could have been taken in 2014 and literally nothing would be different
  13. I actually did not knew that thank you, I know she's been writing her stuff since forever (I'm ashamed to admit I really like her Verbalicious album, did she wrote all her lyrics for that as well?), but for some reason, maybe because of the sound of Natalia, I always thought she was mainly a performer. Well that's at least reassuring in terms of her being able to live but not reassuring at all in terms of Cruel Youth future. I understand know, it does seems obvious. I know making music is super expensive so I see why she doesn't even bother to make a record on top of the controversy but it gives me a primal feeling of annoyance, at the end of the day all I want is just another song sounding like Hatefuck... Does writing for Rihanna really surpasses the income of a tour profit or album sales, keeping in mind it's as you said published independently, or is it purely because of the controversy? As I said all in all everything that matters to me is more music sounding like +30mg and its outtakes urgh her mind
  14. I agree but she already put out an EP that was iirc well received at least by the critic (someone confirm that I may be projecting) and she's under another name, what has she got to risk by putting out a record in a lowkey fashion under a perhaps less known label? Or even why not self released? If I'm not mistaken, Willie was the executive producer of +30mg and it was produced in their home studio and he's her husband so maybe I don't know much about the music industry but I would assume it to cost less than the usual way of doing things. She could use the money saved doing it this way to focus on the way it goes out and maybe do a little live tour just for fans? She already did it so why is it taking so long to do it again I'm just sad because even though there - probably - wouldn't even be +30mg without X Factor, it also means that she'll never be able to manager her career like she used to and that just means that as an European and seeing the state of the band I'll probably never hear the songs live. It's selfish but it's true I'm honestly genuinely wondering how she even lives like does she has a day job or something... That would be so sad because she's pure talent and Cruel Youth is genuinely my favourite band. God damn I want to become famous and rich just so I can lowkey pay her to produce an album for me
  15. This would honestly make so much sense It took her 4 albums to finally get out of the car so now she should pose next to an airplane. LDR7 she will be inside the airplane but on land. LD8 she will be in the air. LD9 she will be parachuting out of the plane. An evolutive songstress
  16. She's been looking unbelievably good recently. Poker Face came after Bad Romance on shuffle when I went back home and I was like... She truly changed the world did she. Anyways ASIB is out in Canada in two days and I convinced my very non stan friend to come with me, this is gonna be so fun I'm open and ready
  17. Yeah the one thing I actually dislike about him is how he has a completely split persona between his YouTube and Twitter personalities, all while proclaiming to be extremely sincere. But I still adore him so much. Here's my two other favs of him, but I absolutely ADORE Generation Why, EXACTLY the kind of music I'm into, I'm so surprised I thought I would not like it I love his voice but I'm not that into his own music. But I think it lacked this kind of polished production which makes Generation Why so great

    Conan Gray

The first song of the first EP of YouTuber and musician Conan Gray is out. Buy the incredible Generation Why on iTunes. The next Troye Sivan is here and pop music has been saved
  19. I was about to post here when I saw her tweet but thought I would be scolded because once again it's not CY news lol. I can't believe her. She has so much talent and she's donating it all to other artists instead of showing her own unique and perfect vision for the whole world to see. We stan the most generous hoe in the world. It's coming to a point where I don't even believe there will be an album anymore

Why do you even care? It's not your business. And if u rly wanna know, because I'm extremely susceptible by nature and the emoji they used is my number 1 trigger ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And as I already explained, because I know damn well that it's a reach and it was not the point of my post. I wanted an answer and got it, show's over
  21. Thanks for asking!! From her whole discography if I really really have to choose my favs are 1) Under The Influence 2) Nothing Burns Like The Cold (I'm so basic) / There Will Be Sunshine 4) Out Of Your Way / Charleville 9200. Urgh so many incredible songs I can't fit here... Like Fool For You or Bad Things... I admit it takes some time liking her music tho. For me especially since I absolutely don't listen to her influences it was a weird process but I'm genuinely absolutely obsessed now Absolutely omg sending you a pm please do tell me if you like it
  22. My nose is bleeding and I'm violently shaking but at least the mystery is solved. Not like anyone cares but it was driving me wild. I remain absolutely sure I heard it in a lofi compilation but I have more than 60 compilations saved so I wish I was the one but I'm tragically not. This is super interesting though because it's the PERFECT intro to FEELS, it's very style-defining so the fact that it's an original track produced by NO iD says a lot about her universe

Thank you so much! That's all I wanted to know
