Video looks very rushed, low buget special effects, plain concept/location. They should have just dropped Baby as a promo single w the video and taken their time planning BFY as the actual single. Like release it a week before the album with a more solid strategy than “hopefully this goes viral on tik tok”.

Should have been a double promo-single Treat Me Like A Slut & Throat Goat. The rest of the project sound like they took 15 min to write and record because they needed material for an EP

btw i dont even think the new snippets are bad and ill be happy to get an ep, its just like obvious that they’re meant to be like tik tok songs and she can do so much better than that?

oh 100%, but all of the luke/kesha stuff aside, its been well documented since like 2012 not to sign a contract with luke so its also just kinda like……her own fault like why she signed this deal with republic seems so dumb to me

to watch her going from like effortlessly dropping massive, well written pop songs steadily from the era 1 singles, to TOTL, to Clarity only to sign a record deal and have to keep recording songs with the intention of hopefully releasing something so stupid that it can be clipped into a tik tok and hopefully meme’d so she can drop an album is like……..kinda one of the most pathetic things ive ever seen as a fan i dont know whether im mad at her or just feel sorry for her

it will be interesting to see how this does commercially with singles. it almost feels better to listen to the album as a whole than it does to listen to any of the songs individually. its really more of an experience like it almost doesnt need a music video/film. I cant wait to listen to this in my car at night too i feel like it will really bring it to its peak.

album is fantastic he did it again my only complaint is HDIMYLM should have a third verse and a bridge and the production on the chorus should have gone harder
