Literally they burned a WHOLE city down, full of innocent people, to the ground, non-stop, for hours. Just when he had Jon cornered, Drogon out of the sudden is like "Nah, the throne made mama mad" like wtf. Yeah, it's nice to have easter eggs, but easter eggs don't compensate bad writing in my honest opinion. I'm not even that mad of the choices made, how they were executed is what bothers me tbh. However the throne melting was a cool scene, Drogon could've aimed both and killed two birds with one stone though .

Also the Starks brothers splitting up right after the little shits were bugging poor Jon the entire season about "unity", and "family comes first", "we got to stay together", ugh I hated the episode with all my soul.

Agree, If I remember correctly Martin said once that Dragons were really loyal animals, that can create strong bonds with humans and they can be super sensitive to humans fears, sadness and loneliness. To me at least it doesn't make any sense the whole Jon-Drogon interaction, if someone that I know for like a month killed my mother I would burn them to the bones, but oh well
