I don't see it happening. As I said, HM seems to be UV 2.0

From what I saw until now, if the HM single is not entirely different from the rest of the record, this album will be in the same mold as UV with some Paradise influences.

Honeymoon account, the bio there reads “Honeymoon is alive and breathing". FTW?! What that means? UV vibes again?! I hoped that HM is alive and slaying (even at Interscope) not merely alive and breathing.

The sound is strange, I hope that it will sound somewhat differently from Paradise and UV. The video gives me some UV video feels. She's beautiful

Well I don't remember Lana disappearing for 6 months. We all agreed that she's a prolific writer and she toured a lot since 2013. She did things for her fans but she doesn't want to be in the mainstream media were she was hurt a lot. She maybe agreed to work someday with Moroder, maybe wasn't something very clear because she's always polite and maybe she dosen't like to say no in your face. We don't know. I don't think that Moroder is very important on her list tbh

I'm fed up with this Giorgio Moroder guy tbh. The way he always name drops Lana it seems that he has some kind of creepy crush on her. Yea, he was a great disco producer in the 70's but I listened to his new songs with SIA and Kyle and they are not good. Lana has a good nose for collabs and I'm glad that she didn't wasted her time with him like she did with another septuagenarian Brian Wilson which recorded the "The Last Song" with her and afterwards decided that he will sing it saying that Lana "gave up on him". She has a tour, a new album to release she has not time to waste with these vanity projects

I know that she loves the ocean and if she's happy...but the conclusion seems to be that Lana is not there yet financially with the top entertainers. But from living on cocoa puffs now she's in the upper middle class of California... not bad at all

The rooms are small, there is no pool from what I saw (there is the ocean but still), the land around the house is tiny and the house seems made from wood. I would never pay 3 mil. for that. I just hope that the US is not back in the real estate bubble because it ended badly the last time

Tropico was such a flop that I think that has lasting consequences on her videography. Ride was button pushing yes, cheesy sometimes but at least was well executed visually and had some coherence conceptually. Tropico had a bad script (besides a few good ideas and I think that this is Lana's fault) and was very poorly directed (Mandler's fault). And that horrible screen ratio...I hated the Speedy Ortiz front woman's piece about Tropico at that time but she was right about it: 3 videos for 3 great songs instead of one "Frankenstein" it would have been much better

I don't understand these critical posts about Lana at this time. She said last year that she had a follow-up idea after UV, she said that the album is almost ready and then she spilled the release date which is September. Nothing unusual or inconsistent here she didn't break her word yet. We should be proud of her because she is finishing successfully (bar that technical issue at the GovBall) a big arena tour which is quite a feat. Her live performances are giving me hope that she'll be a consistent good a performer from now on. I want new material from her but I'm not bummed that she didn't performed songs from HM on her tour because this is a sign that she has a plan for the HM release. She never said that the first single for HM will come out this month so we have to wait patiently for that. I observed how mature she looked on this tour. The poppy, youthful Lana is gone and we have a serious (still beautiful) woman instead. I cannot associate a HM pop era with Lana's image at the moment. I'm more convinced now that a more artistic (UV like album) is the right way forward for her even if she'll not regain her BTD era popularity and commercial success. So I don't expect any BTD level hype around the HM release but at least a couple of TV appearances and good videos would be nice from her.

That's my impression too. She dosen't seems to inhale the smoke in her lungs she just puffs the cigarettes with her mouth while she handles awkwardly the cigarette. Bad for her health nonetheless. Someone asked about this: why would someone pretend to have a sin? I think that this is a defensive mecanism of hers, to reduce her anxiety, that she developed during her relationship with Barrie who is a heavy smoker. I hope that she quits smoking altogether

From what I read on blogs it was a sound problem regarding her set. She was barely audible through her set excepting the first rows. In Lana's case it's not that simple I'm afraid

We fans love her, some of us are literally obsessed with her. But why is she forcing this stupid festivals where a lot of people are hating her. I saw the Coachella threads about her: nothing but hate from the indie/rock fans. She's so fragile live, if she's not comfortable psychologically she just cannot control her voice (it happend at Glastonbury where her voice was all over the place). She has to understand something: she'll be never universally loved and appreciated. She have us, this obsessed fandom, but maybe it's not enough for her. Imagine a great show in NY with no press as any of the others ES tour shows. Why isn't any one thinking around her?!

Why the fuck is she at these festivals anyway? She's not an entrateiner, you don't have the same control on your set. She's so unlucky. I hope that this will not cause another backlash against her because I don't think that she could take anymore of this shit. This could have consequences on the HM release to. I hope that is not as bad as some peopele's tweets are suggesting
