I believe Josh is (one of the two?) people she wrote Video Games about. I feel like I remember reading about that long ago. He said something like "when you play world of warcraft instead of spending time with your girlfriend and she writes a song about it" lol. I might be confusing that with something else though.

In 2012 I sent her a link to a youtube video and asked if it was real or fake and for some reason she blocked me for that. Then she blocked me on Facebook because I asked her to unblock me on Twitter (lol). And then in 2014 she posted this really weird looking photo on Instagram and I commented "I thought this was Avenged Sevenfold" and she blocked me for that. @ "JB DEMO" is the Ghost demo, "new new new new" is Spinning Tops, "old song" is Catch Me If U Can, "song 2" is Let's Get High, and I believe "song 1" is Cobra.

Omg no not mentally ill. I mean unstable in the sense that she's constantly doubting her own work and changing things so rapidly that it makes it difficult for her to settle on one idea and build a full album off of that. That's why half of Night Time, My Time was recorded so quickly. She said she knew she had to just get her thoughts out there and release it once she had all the songs written, because she was putting so much pressure on herself to release the "perfect" debut album after such a long wait.

Yes. She wants 100% control over everything she releases. She wants to decide the tracklist, release date, album cover, single choices, directors of music videos, etc. Honestly she just isn't stable enough mentally to be making all those decisions herself lol. Nobody is signed to a major label and gets to decide every factor... that's just not how it works, and I think she just can't get over that. So it's just one more thing to delay the album. Ugh.

When Sky says something is "coming" that means approximately 3 years of delays, false release dates, constantly changing the lead single, shooting music videos and then never releasing them, reworking the tracklist at least 6 times, and saying the album is finished right before reentering the studio to record yet another song for the album. Then repeat cycle.

Man on the Moon: Kansas City Motel Room: She's also recently been covering Fleetwood Mac's "Rhiannon" at her shows, and it's just unbelievable. I'm really hoping we get a studio version at some point because I'm actually blown away. So beautiful. When I saw Zella live last September I fell so in love with her. She is by far the best performer I've ever seen live in person, and she was super sweet when I met her after the show. I'm really excited for the new album!

The Traces demo is just an unmastered version with very minor differences, unless you mean Neon Hitch's demo which hasn't leaked and I don't think anyone has that. There are 2 demos of Untouchable, very small differences between the 2 demos as well. We also have a snippet of the final version which Sky uploaded to her soundcloud. As far as I know, there is only one version of Paper Doll.

I mean I could produce an instrumental, record myself banging pots and pans together, add some crazy hardware malfunction sounds and then layer it with a garbage disposal or the sound of crushing metal. I guess that would be considered PC music. But I'm hoping Charli will make it work. From the sounds of it, it'll be more of a pop record with PC influences. I'm totally down with that. I'm not really expecting it to sound like the EP. Just, everyone pray for Charli in this difficult time lol.

His "advice" is something you would say to a new artist with very little talent. He acts like Charli isn't an amazing songwriter. She definitely doesn't need to have filler verses just so the chorus is memorable. She's perfectly capable of writing a great song from start to finish.

The interview was good except for the part where she said will.i.am's advice was "genius" because that's actually one of the worst things I've ever heard in my life, and the part where she said I Love It was lyrically more true to her as a person than True Romance. That hurt me a little. I feel personally victimized and I'm seeking legal advice to file a lawsuit. Super glad she's working with Stargate and not just soapy sofa though!

They didn't put Set Me Free on that either. Those were my 2 favorite performances she did lol.
