I guess lol, let’s say gray area! Im listening to a downloaded file that did not come from a legitimate source. Over and over, ohhhh well. Once released I’ll of course purchase in iTunes and stream on Spotify but they need to strike while the iron is hot lol! Full disclosure I tried to buy on Google Play but I couldn’t figure out how lol. Such a random platform.

I’d say yes because they screwed up and released it when it was supposed to be delayed. It’s not supposed to be officially out! Either way they just need to drop it so they can grab the streams and purchases. Everybody is just going to be listening illegally which isn’t doing anything for Lana or her team!

Funny you mention that. I’ve been thinking a lot about how NFR reminds me of Tapestry the album for some reason. I guess it just stirs up the same emotions and feelings for me. Idk feels legendary in a sense.

Maybe they are delaying the songs and MV due to the release of LFA, like they were a planned release this week but since LFA was dropped they are going to hold off. LFA wasn't planned so maybe they feel like single/mv combo would be better suited closer to release date for more promo/hype. That's my take on it, not expecting it this week now. We will see I guess.

The snippet has me very very excited. Love the verses and the energy. The dream a little dream a little dream of me part has been one of my fave lines since the original snippets. Really looking forward to hearing the whole track! Cannot wait to hear how it develops and kind of curious about the bridge. Hopefully NZ gets it and DOESNT upload it for us all to NOT listen to lol!

LFA is so beautiful and ethereal. Just like wow, the talent she has is so abundant. Love the sentiment and subject matter. It is a universal theme I feel most can relate to. It gives me big Joni Mitchell vibes too, very nice.

Well my break is over now, will have to totally not look for this later.

I totally agree with your sentiment behind the song! Nice enough to have but nothing amazing. But I just wanted to say You Must Love Me>SOTW. I know we don’t have to compare every single song but I just wanted to throw that out there lol.

It’s nice, I like it but am not blown away by it. Obv very excited we got it. I love the background vocals and how they come in from diff sides. It sounds extremely muffled to me though, not in a good way. Also the song is extremely repetitive, no fault on her for that but it doesn’t really go anywhere. I’ll still listen to it though lol!

I agree, I’m not really hearing silent suite either. I hear something like song and sweet/suite. I def hear her say “song” and then the sweet,suite part idk. I may be crazy but I hear meet me in a song and then something suite/sweet. I’d like to think it’s meet me in a song my sweet but that’s not what I hear. It’s more like “meet me in a song and suite”, idk lol. I chose suite cause it makes more sense in that context to me.

After spending a full day with the snippets that breakdown and change in California is still the highlight for me! Cannot fucking wait for the album but that song especially.

Now that we have HQ snippets are we still hearing “hold me, love me, touch me, honey” or “hold me, love me, touch me, hold me”? Cause I’ve always heard it as her saying hold me again at the end and now it sounds even more that way to me.

Speaking of Hey Baby Blue, Looking For America has a similar sound to it as well. Especially during the when we collide part.

I love all of them, so hard! If I had to pick now I’d say... California The Greatest FILY Cinnamon Girl is still such a vibe though!

FILY kind of reminds me of TNC, anybody else pu on that?
