To be honest I would be perfectly OK if she went completely dark and silent not tweeting/posting anywhere etc until sept. 5th when (hopefully) she can just drop the album and let the music and (hopeful) “message” she wants to put out speak for itself... maybe that way she can take all this time isolated to truly reflect on her actions and posts and overall better her wellbeing and mental health and such... idk this whole thing is so messy and disheartening coming from her :-(

Out of all of her albums to me the UV box set and cover and vinyl packaging etc will always be my favorite the imagery in the booklet and such too honestly the whole black and white aesthetic with sudden pops of color like the teal/purple hydrangeas etc...f it was just everything to me... HM would definitely come in second tho for me (I have the standard red vinyl & UO cover) that UO cover although <3 freakin gorgeous edit— just read the bottom part about the merch... lmao we will NEVER see as quality merch as the first few years... I only have the “LDR” lighter and gold snake American tour 2014 shirt and the lighters super fucked and scratched now as well as the shirt being faded as fuck from wearing it too much, I wanted the lyric book SO badly tho

Oop yea I definitely can hear the similarities and such too... but when you face the facts that talk-speak part is the only part that resonates in a similar way sonically, after going back and listening to the whole track Vogue’s verses/chorus/melodies are not even CLOSE to comparable with Babylon Where did she make it seem we’d be getting a dark album? I mean the imagery yes I get that but stupid love and rain on me are about as “light” as can be haha I definitely agree with the sentiment that this album was a safe play from her
